Comesum — meal not delivered in train journey

Sir,
I booked a meal for my parents on irctc app dated 28/10/2019 havind order no #32732741 in train no 14605 seat no s2, 13. To my disbelief this order was not delivered. This was a prepaid order. When tried calling these people they dont bother to pick the call. I tried this no [protected] which was given while check the order details.
Sir please take strict action against the comapny and make them reverse the payment. Moreover this was very embarrassing for my parents.
