I have ordered food on train from Delhi comesum. But they didn't provide.

Very irresponsible behaviour.
Whole night I will be empty stomach.
Plz provide me food only....

I bough the food from cumsum as take ways at 9 PM on June 5.
I ordered 1 veg biryani and 1 dal chawal to catch my train# 12626 .
When I open up the veg biryani after 30 mins of purchase in train, it smells so bad then I started eating because I did not have other arrangment for food when I tasted that veg biryani and it taste so bad and inedible (feels like rotten).
I called their customer service on June 6 and provided...

I bought Veg biryani along with Dal chawal yesterday from Cumsum Mathura station, and when after 30 mins I open that to eat in train..it smells completely bad then I tasted and found its not eatable.
The place is so much overpriced and their customer service is so bad.

I purchased some sweets from comesum food junction located at mathura junction but the concerned person at the counter doesnot provide the bill. Not only to me but also to other customers. Then immediately i asked for the bill. He provided bill to me not other customer. Then i purchased veg biryani from there, for that also they asked for packing charges and no tissue paper spoon was provided. This seems to be an bad services provided by...

I booked a meal for my parents on irctc app dated 28/10/2019 havind order no #32732741 in train no 14605 seat no s2, 13. To my disbelief this order was not delivered. This was a prepaid order. When tried calling these people they dont bother to pick the call. I tried this no [protected] which was given while check the order details.
Sir please take strict action against the comapny and make them reverse the payment. Moreover...

I ordered a veg sandeich & a coffee at the counter. When i opened the sandwich pack... To my shock it was cheese sandwich instead of what i ordered... When i registered my complaint at the cash counter the sandwich was replaced but when i opened n tasted it... To utter surprise there was no vegetables in it again... Only mayonese n cheese with a bit of veggie. The coffee was also very bad as the milk was in which it was prepared was burnt...

I bought a veg sandwich from comesum, charbagh, lucknow railway st. Pf1, on 20 may2019
Bill no. 375757. 30 min after eating the product i felt nausea. The food product was certainly expired and no use by date was mentioned upon packing.
I request concerned quality check authority to look into the matter and take necessary action against the responsible corrupt officials.
We dont eat food to commit suicide.

I am at kanpur central rly. St. And i ordered a veg dlx. Thali at comesum.
First i received my order after amost 30 mins. And when i started eating i realized that the the food was so cold (All vegetables including the fried rice) i was unable to eat. They charged me 218 for the thali and all i can that the food was worse than any roadside food stalls....

Dear sir we traveling by train no 81610, birth no b47 and tale two meals for dinner at varanasi junction. One veg. With shashi panzer and one special eggs meal. But in meal's no chapati, no any piece of panzer, even dal is not in good condition. I was opened the meal immediately and pay full amount.
So please take seriously and remove that serving boy.

Indore to jhansi. Train - ratlam jhansi link exp. No.21802 pnr no.[protected].in train just now comesum person sold food. He say rs. 100 4 paratha dahi inside. I open packet after 5 mintues.in side 4 cut pic paratha not full partha. Dahi inside full of liquid. Just like lassi n partha are cold not hot.

I order 2 puri bhaji from comesum gwalior, firstly he gave one masala dosa instead of puri bhaji and secondly both puri bhaji and masala dosa were inedible. The delivery boy just dissappeared. Thisis not the first time comesum is the largest food chain ob indian railwsys and its the potential option for ordering food in train, this type of service is unbearable.

I bought comesum packed two aloo parathas at mathura junction
We were overcharged - rs 120 for 2 paranthas that were completely raw and could not be eaten. My husband ate it since he down not like wasting and started to vomit after consuming it.
Completely making a fool of people.
Comesum should be ashamed.i need my money back . We were extremely hungry and trusted the brand to be safe for consumption but the same was not true.

Hi guess need to tell u that.. There of the staff who is wiping out the floor in very early morning i had back bone infct i have injury n my leg is broken so once i order the food and than after i was waiting with my family. And than said stand up don't need to lay down because thai is not the manner to have pain with it.

At thai time i m having unbreable pain in my back i just sit on chair n laydown to the table by my head sudden he come n teaching me the guidence for all nonces i need to that the should have. Taken again the action if a person in pain how to behave this

In consume there is no hygienic at all bcz today i was wait for my grilled sandwich n that parson i mean who serve me d sandwich he was scratching his armpit which is vry annoying n not hygienic at all n the employ there was no communication each other so thats y i get my order vry late. And this was my worst experience i will not recomment my frns at ol.

I purchased aloo paratha at mathura junction.. Firstly it was of 100rs.. That is too much..
Secondly, it was the worst aloo paratha i have ever seen n tasted... Thick ata it was... Don't fool ur customers please i[censored] charge so high thn please provide some decent quality of food to ur customers.. Bloody cheat

Sir i had paid rs.668/= at the counter of comesum at plateform no.1 lucknow (Lko) yesterday i. E.13.03.2018 vide bill no.131290 but meals nit delivered due to delaying packing. Train left the station. Train no.22356 seat no. B3/27, 29, 30&32. Paid through yesbank debit card a/c [protected]. Pl. Help refund the amt. Rs668 to credit of above account. Ifsc code is yesb0000715.

I have purchased two veg meal and one veg biryani (Bill athached) at varanasi junction platform no 4. After opening the packet i smell something unusual. I found that rice was smelling. Same thing happened with second packet dal was also smelling. Regarding veg biryani salt was too much unable too eat. Totally waste of money as well as lunch too.
I requested you to check the food quality now at varanasi station by your representatives and refund my money.

We bought 2 comesum thalis (₹215 each - have attached the bill) from nagpur station outlet this afternoon.
Since we were in a rush as our train was about to leave, we couldn't check what was packed.
On opening the parcel we saw that the thali we were given was a normal one mini veg meal (With 3 rotis, 2 curries, daal and rice, one sweet) which costs ₹170 (Attaching another passenger's bill who took this thali)
We tried calling the consumer helpline to register a complaint but that's not reachable either.
This is very irresponsible behaviour on the staff's part and should​ be strictly addressed.

On 14.9.2017 by 12358 amritsar kolkata express i purchased one comesum veg thali at lucknow station from one person selling inside the coach. He charged rs.170 for one simple veg thali. Quality was very poor, insufficient quantity, bad taste. It contains four small piece panir with gravy, dal bad smell, sabji, two parata and rice, aachar all bad taste. My name is kunal, customer of comesum outlet at mathura station. Today at 19 :30 hrs i ordered masala dosa and you won't believe that the dosa they served me was the worst dosa i ever had. The quality was pathetic & the cleanliness is so poor that i can't express in words. Instead of spreading more branches you should take care of your existing ones. I request your senior staff to arrange a sudden visit to the mathura outlet so that you people will come to know my issue.

I just want to know if car bought person death 3 years back is there possible to get bill with death person.
My dad bought car 23rd oct 2014 and he death on 22nd nov 2014. And still now we are paid fee with receipt for death person.
Is there possibility to pay loan amount with death person receipt?
I need answer? I am not able to find that ans.

While travelling from train no 12626, ordered a veg deluxe thali from comesum while the train was arriving at gwalior. They failed to deliver the food and confirmed that the same would be provided at jhansi. Again the delivery ws not made. If they are unable to provide food same should be intimated so that passengers can make alternate arrangements. This is the worst service ever and people should ban this place for any requirements. These people just confirm order without checking even if they are self sufficient in providing food. Zero customer satisfaction.

We have ordered a veg thali from nizamuddin comesum, delhi. It costed for rs 200. With such an enormous amount, it only provided one turmeric water (So called dal), watery aloo ki sabji, and the thali provided for one paneer dish, but there wasn't any.

There was no curd, salad, which they have have included in the cost. The thali provided with parathas, but we got very hard half cooked rotis.

There was no papad.
The problem is in the cost of the thali, while the purpose of ir is to serve the soceity in large, but its complete opposite. Its a full fledged loot.

The railway ministry should check in this regard. This is excessive pricing even on low quality food.

This is the quality of Cumsom restaurant food, supply in Gorakhdhaam express at Lucknow station. Vendor charge Rs 90/= from me there is no MRP on the food . I call from toll free number. The person from other side simply said this is not Cumsom food. However I am having repper of packed food. Vendor say 4 paraantha curds and pickle inside. There is no curds only water of curds even Amul buttermilk is better then this curds. Only one single paraantha wo bhi jalaa huaa not eatable.

At kanpur central railway station, there in no any irctc veg thali counter. Only option is comesum. At 9:30 am they denied for availability of veg breakfast and at 3:30 pm they told that it will take 45 min for veg thali (Rs45). Then we go for their comesum veg thali costing Rs145. The food quality is worst. 2 paratha both uncoocked. Dal is watery. Paneer butter masala is worst. No prickle, when asked for they told it gets over. Only rice is cooked.
It is very good way to make money. Just denied for food availability which is on govt. rate. Then only option remain is high cost food of poor quality. The vendor sitting on case counter is so rude

I ordered food at comesum website to be delivered in south bihar express. Despite repeated calls i was casually told food will reach on time but didn't at bilaspur junction. After the train left i got a call from comesum saying someone tried to deliver but i wasn't found in my seat. I waited there for the entire duration for food to come and no one actually dod reach. This is the second time i have had this experience from comesum. Another time food served was stale for which i filed complaint too. Definitely not ordering again.

I had ordered for veg dinner at khadagpur station and got packed dinner. But while opened the same I found 1. Non veg dinner 2. There was no chapattis or parotha ( only rice ) 3. No spoon was their. Bill no. 12729 dt. 16.02.17 time 16.30.
Same is reported same day to customer care no, they told that your complaint is noted but I have to send copy of bill to other numbers. It was sent but no response till time ?????????

I had ordered one plate special thali on 31.01.2017 at Mugalsarai in Tripura Sundari Exp 14020 (from Anand Vihar to Patna) having PNR No[protected]. I also confirmed by call from your side. When my train reached at Mughalsarai Junction I called several time to your customer care number and every time the receptionist said that "Please wait, our person will delivered the food shortly". But you were unable to serve food me at right time at right place. My train departed and you said better next. Plz inform action taken.

Recently opened comesum food court at ne rly station platform no 6 was visited by me on 16-11-16. It is serving horriable food. The food is very expensive, of poor quality and the prices are not displayed. They are serving thali which consists of 2 very small parathas a little of rice, cheapest vegetable of potato peas which was watery and less in quantity. A paneer vegetable with 3 small and very thin pieces of paneer. That was all no sweet no curd. The stuff costs rs 188/=+taxes. Their 4pooris +a little of potato curry is priced at rs 77=taxes which is also exorbitantly very high. They are cheating passengers. If they open a shop in the market even dogs will not visit their shop.
