I am Girish Patidar. I was travelling in Golden Temple train number 12903 coach B2 berth35 on 4th Nov. 2016 to Ludhiana. I took one plate/thali of dinner at Rs.180 at Hazarat Nizamuddin station from Comesum uniform vendor. I gave him Rs.500 note as he was not hsving change he promised me to bring the change to the berth where he gave me the plate. I waited for him and also informed some of other Comesum vendors but neither they could bring him back nor me. So Comesum took Rs500 for a dinner plate which he generally charge Rs180. Now I need my Rs320 back else I will take further action against Comesum Hazrat Nizamuddin.

    I was travelling on august 19 2016 in train no.22685 sampark kranti from pune to chandigarh.in morning at 1120 i ordered for a nonveg thali to be delivered at nizamuddin station when my train was to reach at 1305 hours. I contacted [protected], the person asked me my pnr number and my train no. I gave him the details and he assured me that my food would be delivered at nizamuddin station, however i did not receive my food i again called the same number who assured me that i would get food at new delhi railway station. I called for around 5/6 times but did not get food at new delhi also. It is very hopeless thing that such thing was done by comesum food chain. I also spoke to one manager using mobile no.[protected] however he was speechless. Its very irritating and in future i would not suggest any one to eat at any comesum outlets and order food

      I was travelling to harpaalpur from nizamuddin railway station via up sampark kranti. There was no pantry car in train so vendors from comseum were roaming for selling food, we both a veg biryani and got a bill as well but once we open it and ate a bit, taste was so bad and it was not eatable. Biryani was stale and smelling bad.. We are so disappointed from such a brand comseum.

        I ordered a take away vegetable biriyani from jodhpur station and they charged good amount for thus.
        Now i am having this just found simple rice with yellow and red color nothing available in this to eat.
        Please stop making people pool or serve better for what you are changing
        I am a loyer at agra district court will send a legal notice to them and taking this biriyani to check with food depart.

          I had ordered for 14 veg thalis 2hrs before reaching nuzamuddin. They confirmed d order n assured timely delivery. But even after 1hrs of my train leaving nizamuddin station there is no food delivery nor am i receivng any better response from the head there. I have small kids with me...the pantry people are also unable to provide food for so many people now. This is d worst customer service i can ever see from a brand name as comesum.
          Not providing service at customer requirements, shop representive showing their attitude to customers. No good hospitality as per customer satisfaction.
          Managers giving excuses regarding orders given by customers. Sorry to say outlets r not following leftfield rules for their customer satisfaction.

            Whenever i go to the anand vihar railway station and buy a water bottle from comesum which cost to 15/- and i give 20 rs or 50 rs, they always return a local company chocolate/wafer instead of 5 rupees which is never mentioned in the bill. You will get the bill of 15 rs. Only.

            Cash counter staff is doing fraud like this as chocolate/wafer has never been shown in the bill. If i said, i don't need chocolate/wafer then they always said, "don't buy water bottle from us we don't have change."

            Assumes, if they sells 2000 water bottles (Rail neer) in a day, then they do the fraud of 10000 rs. (5 * 2000 = 10000 rs) in a day which don't have any record because that 5 rs. Chocolate/wafer is not mentioned in any bill whenever they give chocolate/wafer instead of 5 rupees.

            Last time when i went to aanand vihar railway station and bought a water bottel (Rail neer) of 15 rupees. I have given 20 rupees to him, as usual he returned a local comapny chocolate to me. I refused to take a chocolate, he said, "sir, chutte nahi hain". I said ok, i have seen in the bill, it was written 15 rupees in the bill, i asked him to give me the bill of this chocolate also, then he has given me 5 rupees.

              Recently on 11th December as my parents were travelling from Surat To Gorakhpur I have ordered online food for them from COMESUM to be delivered in train at Lucknow railway station.The transaction was successfull and my Rs.250 was also deducted.My parents waited for the food till the time the train was standing at the station.When they did not delivered I called and theyCOMESUM and they told that they do not have service to deliver at that station and they will give the refund. I have the question that if they do not have delivering facility to the station then why are they showing the delivery option online.They should not have mentioned that.This is really annoying.My parents were hungry and they waited so long.I could have easily arrange some alternative if they would have told about this.From past 4-5 days I am calling them for my refund but till now they have not even initiated the refund process.
              I had given order on 4 July at kanpur junction online for veg fried rice, order time online price was rs 92 but when they deliver food it became 132 within 1 hr, when I made call to know reason the person given contact number of senior but senior didn't respond any SMS or call.

                मेरा नाम जय भगवन सिंह है में दिनांक 10/11/2015 को बीकानेर से सहारनपुर बाड़मेर एक्सप्रेस से यात्रा कर रहा था मेने comesum food plaza बीकानेर से एक थाली पैक करवाई और जब मेने ये थाली खाने के लिए खोली तो खाने से सड़े होए खाने की बदबू आ रही थी ये बहुत ही दुखद है क्योकि ये brand food के नाम से भरी भरकम पैसे वसूल करते है और सड़ा हुआ खाना दे देते है कोई quality चेक नहीं करता क्योकि train का passengers दुबारा तो लोट के आएगा नहीं इन्हे पता है और india में भीड़ ज्यादा है तो शिकायत लिखने से भी कोई असर नहीं होगा इनके ऊपर कोई action नहीं लिया जाता है यदि सही में कोई action हो तो please इस no या mail पर reply जरूर देना [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

                  I had ordered one plate chicken biriyani on 09.10.2015 at Vibhuti express (PNR No. -- [protected]; Train No.-- 12334). I also got confirmation call from your side. When my train reached at Mughalsarai Junction I called several time to your customer care number and every time the receptionist said that "Please wait, our person will delivered the food shortly". But you are unable to serve food me at right time at right place. My train already leave the station and I am not getting my order.

                    I was travelling from Delhi to Saharsa by Poorabiya Express and comesum waitors are taking order only for veg thali at Old Delhi Jn and when i asked what is the menu in your meal they said me 3roomali roti, chawal, daal, shahi paneer, aaloo muttor, pickels, salad and sweets..i bought from him at cost of 170/- And when open the packaging of meal i failed to find where is pickels and sweets and salad are off like one day before chopped.. If you can't gave proper meal as you said then pls stop serving your meal in train..!!

                      I sairam sharma was travelling in bandra haridwar express train 22917 on dt. 10 sept 2015 with my wife and my 4 yr old daughter.
                      I boarded the train from faridabad at 10. 10 pm for my destination haridwar, and it reached nizamuddin station at 11. 10 pm. I took two packed food of comesum it was sambar vada with idli in train.I was surprised to see the when i opened the food pack the comesum person provided us the stale and spoiled food.
                      It was smelling also.
                      My pnr no. Was [protected] in s3 coach of the train.
                      When i checked with other person in my coach they also has had the same problem.
                      I threw the both the food pack. Then i call at their no.[protected] and spoke the lady priya and informed the problem to her. I asked her to provide me complaint no but she did not gave me any complaint no. Then againt called the above no. Insisted to give me senior person no then he took me on conference with comesum manager at nizammuddin mr.Vikram he also no given any complaint and just send sms on their [protected] twice for the reason.
                      But i received no feedback.
                      Comesum bascially they are earning money by making fool of public travelling in train by providing stale and spoiled food.
                      Pls never take comesum food in train.

                      This food junction should be banned by irctc.

                        i odered one egg biryani, one veg biryani from station kharakpur and two water bottle on 30/07/2015 while travelling through koraput express.food quality was so poor that i coudnt eat 1/4th of d food ordered.And for water bottle bill was given of rail neer and water bottle was of somethimg like amusi and was very much smelly...so i kindly request u to please take an action against it.

                          Seriously I don't even want to waste my time by typing this complaint against such a restaurant "comesum"..I ordered food while I was in train and they assured me about the delivery...but food was not delivered not even they picked the call again..will never going to use this service and never recommend to anyone.

                            I am writing this complaint from train only .my train no -12156 maine aaj 2 bje dopahar ko order book kiya and ek confirmation call bhi aayi [protected] iss number se . Usne bola order booked .mujhe seat pe mil jayega . My train timing was 20.55 maine 20.33 usne again bbola khana tym pe panuch jayega .but avi 10.55 baj rha khana nahi aaya .still hungry I used to like comesum but now i hate it. Date[protected] This is real fraud done with me .                               I am a Very Frequent Traveler, almost Daily and mostly prefer to Get food packed from comesum at stations it is present as of now (If I am travelling long distance by train) But today – Behavior of Comesome was derogatory, Suspect and Revengeful when the food was packed This refers to Bill no:- A-425, 19.32 Dated 21/2/2015 – Jodhpur railway station P/F No 1 of Maharaja Thali, Of authorized Comesome Counter 1) When I gave the Counter slip for packing to the packer – He demanded that customer copy of bill is also required by him 2) When I asked him why ? – He said these are the rules 3) I asked him, Why are the rules separate for JODHPUR comesum and separate for rest of India – He started behaving in Derogatory behavior and started murmuring some words – Obviously I asked him, does he require Customer Copy of Bill for recycling of Bill (To reissue same bill and Counter packing slip to some customer 4) Somebody from inside came out and said – The Counter / Packing slip is the only item required and asked him to pack it 5) In revenge – He packed the Coldest food ever like taken out from refrigerator, Paranthas were like they have been cooked in the morning and kept in refrigerator specially kept for me to be given in evening Why this audacious behavior on part of COMESUM – What suddenly your agreement with Railways has changed 1)That Your Behavior has become arrogant 2) For what purpose you want the Customer Copy of Bill suddenly and if not given - what is the real reason that you are going in for revengeful attitude, to serve unheated food to the customer who does not give customer copy of bill and speaks up What is the story behind this newly acquired arrogance of Comesome
                              Some control over IRCTC is required or it will go back to 1960's situation

                                I had come to delhi to board my train from Hazarat Nizzamuddin station, as i haven't had my lunch i went to "Comesum" restaurant just next to the railway station. I had ordered for a deluxe thali of Rs 151/-. While eating the food i came to know that the paneer dish which they served in the thali was stale and spoiled. And the restaurant lacked services like Wifi and Air conditioning which was ensured by the ad's throughout the restaurant that the ambience was pleasant with Wifi and AC. when i enquired abut the wifi the manager told the server was down and the AC wasn't working cause of the maintenance work going on,but there weren't any maintenance work going on. These branded restaurants which boast about their best food and also charge heavily for their services show this kind of pathetic behaviour towards the customers. Its a very sad plight that these people do day light robbery in the name of brand. I hope actions will be taken as soon as possible and truth brought to the limelight.

CHAPATIS-NOT BAKED PROPERLY, SALADS-REDISH NOT PROPERLY PEELED/WASHED, PANEER MASALA-SWEET IN TASTE. NO SPOON TO EAT. IN SHORT-WORST EXPERIENCE AS COMPARED TO THALIS OF HALDIRAMS OR OM SWEETS GURGAON OR ANY OTHER FOOD COURT. SUGGESTING KINDLY UPGRADE THE FOOD QUALITY TO LEVEL WHERE YOU CAN JUSTIFY THE MONEY U CHARGE FROM CUSTOMERS. ALVIDA.

                                  I have also similar Experience with Comesum at Mugalsarai Railway station. I have order two Thalis one veg and another Non-Veg. Both was worst food I had ever eaten. Capati was half cooked and burned. In vegetable they offers sahi-Panner that had only one small peace of Paneer and another only gravy in place of mutter paneer.
                                  Also Non-veg thali was Pathetic.

                                  I suggest Not to have Comesum food ever.
                                  Just now I had comesum Jodhpur railway station thali worth Rs. 160/-
                                  Very worst food
                                  Very poor
                                  Daal : yellow water
                                  Aloo sabji : one piece Aloo with watery gravy
                                  Paneer sabji : two piece Paneer with watery gravy

                                  Rice : half boiled

                                  I can't recommend to anyone for comesum food. Early packed food given. Worst experience

                                    complaint for serving half food in COMESUM

                                    We had dinner there in COMESUM on 20th june 2008.
                                    We had ordered 2 deluxe thali and paid Rs. 200/-.
                                    We had following problems:-
                                    1. We were been given Very spicy daal. Worst taste than any worst dhaba.
                                    2. Items were only Naan-1, daal, shahi paneer, aloo matar sabji, very ordinary rice, papd, salad only.
                                    3. Raita/dahi, picle, sweets were not served to us. They said we do not have now. But charged...
