Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — Comparedth is not completing the Airtel DTH installation

I made the Connection payment on 9th Sep 2016 but still connection is not installed. They made a claim during sale that it will be installed within 4 to 24 hours. I trying to connect by different means Mail / call but no one responding. For Complain[protected] AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday ) :No one receiving call. Email : sent email to [protected]@comparedth.com and [protected]@comparedth.com, multiple times but no response. Please help I cant afford money loss. Please see below invoice.
