I have purchased a mediclaim policy through comparepolicy.com of star health, star optima under portabilty scheme. I have paid my premium on 29th nov 2017 but still i am waiting for my policy document. I have called my advisor mr. Satender verma so many times but i am not getting any proper reply from him. He always convey it would be solved in next 2-3 days but now it is almost 58 days have passed but problem is still continuing.

I would request head of comparepolicy.com to look into this matter because such activity will finally harm his company's reputaion. Can someone give me his mail id or mobile number so that he could be informed how his employee treating customer.
