I have purchased a mediclaim policy through comparepolicy.com of star health, star optima under portabilty scheme. I have paid my premium on 29th nov 2017 but still i am waiting for my policy document. I have called my advisor mr. Satender verma so many times but i am not getting any proper reply from him. He always convey it would be solved in next 2-3 days but now it is almost 58 days have passed but problem is still continuing. I would request head of comparepolicy.com to look into this matter because such activity will finally harm his company's reputaion.
