I have purchased a mediclaim policy through comparepolicy.com of star health, star optima under portabilty scheme. I have paid my premium on 29th nov 2017 but still i am waiting for my policy document. I have called my advisor mr. Satender verma so many times but i am not getting any proper reply from him. He always convey it would be solved in next 2-3 days but now it is almost 58 days have passed but problem is still continuing.

I had contacted them for an insurance cover for self. They had suggested cardiac care policy of star health insurance as i had heart related condition. They made me pay the premium of 29900

After that they just kept ignoring and were least bothered to organise the policy or arrange refund.
Both mr vikas shukla and his senior mr satender verma remain eluvise and refuse to respond to emails and phone calls.

Worst Experience. They provide the false Information. Initially they will guide you with false information after taking the Policy they will tell us that the reality. "PLEASE DONT FOOL PEOPLE and DONT WASTE OUR TIME.
