Hi,
I have booked two tickets for Movie:Nenu Local for Feb 5th Mrng 10:25 Show @ Cineplanet Kompally through BookMyShow App and paid through FreeCharge and order id is as below
MOBIOS[protected] for amount 342.63, i received a message for the money deduction but haven't received any confirmation on tickets.

Please look into this issue as early as possible.
