[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — cheating customers

Hello,
I am a frequent snapdeal shopper. I have recently purchased a pair of shoes in 2 sizes since i wasnt sure which one would fit better. I recieved both the products and decided to keep the one that fit. I immediately raised a return request for the other one. To my surprise i get an email saying my return has been rejected. I am thoroughly disappointed. What do i do with the other pair which doesnt even fit. I feel absolutely fooled!!! Snapdeal is an absolute bogus company that doest even have a proper customer care. So we cannot even talk to any executive. I want to return the product and recieve my money back.

Order No: [protected] received on 08th January 2018. I have received wrong product Running Shoes instead of formal Shoes. Item returned on 09th January 2018. Acknowledgement also mail you earlier.(Please find the attachment.)Still my Snapdeal App is showing item will be picked up by 19th January 2018. Is this the way you update the information ???

What you people are doing. Is this the way you cheat the customers ???

Can I get replacement or Refund ???

This is the worst service which I have faced in Snapdeal.

What is this ????

You don't have Customer Care Number. Only IVRS will answer the quaries.
Customer Care Executives will never connect in Customer Care Number.
This is the 9th Mail I am sending you. No reply till now.
I am going to Complaint in Consumer Forum.
Finally I could know that SNAPDEAL is a Fraud & Cheating Company.

Atleast call me once my contract numbers are [protected], [protected].
