Reliance Bigtv — connection not provided after ~6 months

I have booked connection on 19th March for new installation of Reliance Big TV and till date I have not received any confirmation when reliance big TV will be installed. Couple of time I have contacted customer services but no firm commitment has been provided. May I know when connection will be provided.
If you are not able to deliver the services. please refund my money.
