[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to unlock cycle | |||
Hi.. I was unable to unlock my cycle.. Thn i tried second cycle in that also same problem i faced.. My payment was deducted for three times.. Because of this issue.. Also i was unable to end my trip.. My duration started but didn't used cycle.. Somehow i ended my trip.. Which i have not used.. So kindly refund my amount 3+3+6 rs total 12rs in my paytm account.. Today I started trip with cycle number 3233817 but when I am trying to end the trip. It's not happening and still now the amount is deducting from my paytm wallet. I need my all amount refund to my paytm wallet. Otherwise I will share this to various social media. Please contact me on [protected] for any discussion.
