[Resolved]  BookMyShow — amount deducted for failed transactions.

Transaction was successful, but ticket not booked and amount got debited from my account. Worst experience. Customer service is most worst, should hold the phone on for 1hour to contact them
Further they sent a mail that the amount will be credited within 7 working days, but its already 13 days up still the amount has not been credited.
They are fooling us by deducting our hard earned money by failed transactions and looting our money. This is not the fair way to earn money

Below is the msg i recieved after the failed transaction.
Your a/c xxxx2989 linked to card no ending with 1193 debited for rs 1, 275.04 on 27/10/2018 towards pos withdrawal. Avl bal is rs 1, 5xxxx2.39. If this transaction is not initiated by you, type suspect and send sms to 56161 as report o[censored]nauthorised transactions and to block further debit transactions in your accounts

I was trying to book the movie tickets, twice both of the time not able to get the tickets, but the money has been deducted from my paytm wallet, Please proceed with refund the money

no of times failed :2

We truly regret the inconvenience caused to you during your recent transaction attempt with us. As the transactions failed, the tickets were not booked.

The amount debited from your Paytm wallet will get auto reversed to your wallet within 24-48 hours and if debited through bank account then it shall reflect within 5-7 working days.
