[Resolved] Voltas — poor customer support | |||
Dear team, Exact issue: ac is displaying e6 error code On nov 27th 2018 i logged a complaint in voltas customer care. Technician visited the place based on my availability on 6th dec 2018. As per the initial observation technician recommended that it may have problem with indoor board and blower and they took the indoor board & blower with them for repair. Till date i follow up with the service centre and not getting any update on the status of the repair. They not even know where or what the status is. When ever i called these people they will request me to explain what happened. This continued for more than 1 to 2 weeks of time. As a customer i feel very bad with the approach and service from this service centre. Going forward i request all my friends not to purchase voltas since customer service is very pathetic and disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
