I have withdrawn money from atm on[protected]. So it was like your transaction timed out but my money got debited so what should i do now i want my money back please help me as soon as possible and still my money was not credited i have called customer care but there is no response from them i want to resolve my problem help me out are please tell me the process what should i want to do

I am Leelu Ram with account number [protected]. Past few months i have charged for tbms, since this is a salary and zero balance account. A complete fraud is this from kotak bank. Planning to take this issue to higher level.
