[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — after sales promise complaint | |||
Dear sir / madam, I had purchased dr. Aquaguard nrich uv from your company - eureka forbes ltd. - kolkata. Your sales representative - mr. Subir halder, had promised an aquaguard water bottle will be provided within 10-15 days from the date of sales, if i would place an order for the water purifier with him. My sales invoice is #[protected] dated - 23.04.2019. Till date, even after repeated contact with mr. Halder, still no bottle has been delivered to me. Your representatives have really maintained their reputation - false marketing & making fool of fellow customers. Really sad & disgusting the way you please go about selling & making false promises.
