[Resolved] Tata Sky — complete lack of customer services | |||
I recently relocated. I asked the tata sky team to relocate my dish too. He uninstalled it and asked me to take it via my movers and packers. I did that. After 3 months, i asked them to re-install the dish. The new person comes here and tells me that the stand of the dish is missing and hence he cannot reinstall the dish. I would have to buy the stand in black. I was surprised to hear this. I called the tata sky customer service and told them this. They told me that i should have collected the stand from my previous place. I clearly told them that i had no idea what things i'm supposed to carry of tata sky which are installed outside my house. Now it seems my original stand at the previous residence has been removed by the tata sky men and sold in the black market. I complained to the nodal officer. He also said that it was my mistake. He closed my complaint without informing me. And the best part was they deducted rs 300 from my account without installing the dish. Earlier too, i paid rs 300 for uninstallation of the dish from where the stand is missing now. I have already lost rs 600 and now they are asking me more to buy the stand and that too without bill. I'm now clueless as neither the nodal officer nor anyone from tata sky is interested in solving my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||

Set top box was not in use from last 3 or 4 months. Since i recharged it it shows error " the set top box needs to be paired" i am uploading the i.age also.
