100Bestbuy.com — No refund for Online contest

I have participated in the "Contest" through online and paid Rs 298. But even after a week the contest was not over. Hence I had sent a mail to them stating "refund the amount as I dont want to participate in the contest". There was no response. Then using the credit points I thought of buying a product, hence I tried, even to my dismay that was also not possible. This is really a horrible site and I am requesting people not to participate as well as buy anything from this site. Trust sites like "OM books", who take utmost care for their customers. Vasudha

I participate one kind of contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.Com just rs.199 for so many product.So I apply for one cannon digital camera 8mgp for that made payment 5 times of worth rs 199 and end of month my haven't selected for lucky draw the i called the to revert my money will back on my account then they told to me we will give for that one gift and one Armani sun glass to you so i said OK just send me if ill like the ill keep here else ill send to you back they will agree for that then after 3-4 days i got that product and i saw that its good looking and good quality also. Thanks to 100bestbuy.Com.

I participate one contest on 100bestbuy.com which was Rs. 99 and i made a payment online through debit card for apple ipaid 16GB stating of they promise to me mid of month result will be display but i didn't got any information from 100bestbuy.com then i called them costumer executive and i got all the correct information through 100bestbuy.com. and end of the month i won the contest for apple ipaid so i am very very happy for that i would like to thanks to all of 100bestbuy.com

So I applied for one Samsung Galaxy Note for that i made payment 5 times of worth rs 199 each and end of month me haven't selected for lucky draw, then i called them to revert my money and they told me that this Money will not be refundable. if you win in this contest, you will win the product free of cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website.
if you will not win your money will be added as credit points in our site, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website in very less price. Then i ordered a Nikon Coolpix L24 from 100bestbuy, then i receive a mail and call from their executive and he told me to pay online and then he give me order number. After online payment, again he called me and give me order number and said you will received your product by courier within 6 days. After 10 days i got my product(Nikon Coolpix L24) and i save more than RS. 2500 as well as i use my credit points to purchase this product. Its market cost is around RS.7000. I m very happy with their online service.
