i do agree with you in this matter. i am facing the same problems. they are not responding in positive sense.one of my order is not executed in full and one of order took almost more thn onem month . this people are totally irresponsible. they are great ... lolz

i totally agree to it. i had also placed an order on telephone making payment by my credit card on 21st March 2009. but till date i have not received delivery of goods. u r fortunate enough to get an answer that goods have been despatched, but to my dismay the call center of India Today Group says my name is not reflecting in their data base. whereas payment is being reflecting in my credit card statement. and now nobody is helping me out. i have sent emails to their customer executive, but he is not responding. i really don't know whom to approach. if possible, guide me.

I Have ordered reebok fitness kit on 21/03/2009 via telephone and I told them that i will pay the amount Rs 3199.00 on dilevery. I was informed that goods will be espatched with in 4-5 weeks. But till date I have not received the goods. They are informing me that your ordered goods have been despatched via post office delivery 21/02/2009. Till date I have not recived the kit.. plz sent me the kit as soon as possible.

I am also a sufferer from this group. Rs.2198/- were deducted from my credit card on[protected]. After a no. of SMS which were never responded a SMS on[protected] informed the processing of order and a n order no. was sent but o far nothing happened. The management should immediately look in to the matter and save the reputationof this group.

pls dont send ur irritating SMS mesages regarding offers. i have been fed up with ur phone calls and SMS. i have stored all those mesages and if it continues, i will file a legal petetion on ur organisation. pls dont give me a chance for that. STOP all ur calls and SMS to the phone mumber 0-[protected]. pls respect individual's privacy and dont get into trouble getting the bad karma and wishes from me for ur organisation. i can pray for inviting bad times for ur company. it could work, bcos my concerns are genuine. I Have ordered sunglass kit via telephone and paid the amount Rs 1499 wide my credit card. I was informed that goods will be espatched with in 10-15 days. But till date I have not received the goods. i lodge a complaint also but they have not considered till date. i am calling these guys continuoly but they are informing me that your parcel will despatch within 1 weeks now almost 2 months completed but till date i haven't received the parcel.

is there any one to sort out this. if india today do not want to complete

I have ordered reebok track suit of Large size, but i got extra large size, this reebok suit is of no use to me, please change this size or should i think that i have wasted my money.

I have placed an order for Rebook kit worth 3199/- on 30th May 2009 and got a conformation mail and call that the order was successful and i was about to receive the goods in 10-15 business days. till not i did not get any delivery ( Courier Details) to my mail or though call or SMS. Please send me the Goods Dispatch details to my mail or through SMS i even ordered a pair of Sun Glasses worth 499 offer price. So kindly take necessary action and let the Good reach shipping address mentioned in order form or to below mentioned address.

Didn't you get the AWB # from the India Today? Take it and check the status of parcel with courier company. You can do it online as well.
