I also faced the issue. The phone calls are not answered. Trying for several days. One Mr Yogesh spoke to me once but the emails are not responded to . They are no reading the email and giving stereo type reply. My refund of bonds are pending at their since 2018. Very bad service. They do it purposefully. I do not know how to resolve my issue with regard to ICICI bonds.

1. Company is known for its carelessness, irrresponsiblity and negligence. Negligence shown on irrevocable record is shocking and without any further proof reflects total negligence and carelessness in matter ofdirctly crediting dividend declared and passed. This is not a matter of isolated case of mine as of only one shareholder.
Company’s total negligent act needs full investigation by independent Government agency.
2 Why is it that company does not send its annual report and notice of its AGM. Why is it that I have not received annual report of the company. As a shareholder of the company it’s my fundamental right to receive annual report and notice of AGM. I specifically request you here with under guidance of consumer association lawyer to send me the annual report of the company.

Do company maintain any evidence which can conclusively show that annual reports are send to all shareholders of the company. Will company show to any authorised person from consumer association such foolproof evidence of dispatch of annual reports to shareholders.

Yes, 3i-infotech Company is giving less salary. i have only 230/- increament after 2 years joining in this company.

but i am not agree for that besause this is depend on you perfomance

It's having around 2 years in this company and the salary increment is very less.If you compare our salary with other org. it is very less i have got 600 increment this year.And my salary is less then my office boy who is serving tea to all employees.I mean after doing so much study doing graduation, CCNA and MCSE we are being paid very less.Govt should look in to the matter that after so much inflation rate we are getting very less.If this kind of situation continue in future then it will be very difficult to survive in this world.This is not only from my side this is from all my brother's and sister's who are facing the same problem no matter in witch company.We outsource ppl are paid very less as compared to onroall employees.I mean if somebody do a survey on outsource and onroall then you will find that max work done by outsource guy and credit and pay hike goes to onroall employee.

From the last 8 days we are in strike because we oppose against our managment behaves and the rule created by them.so they oppose us to enter to office.We are standing in road from 6AM to 7PM.we inform to all the senior officer came from mumbai.till now they have no reaction.we also feel bad with the large pending of data but we can't compromise with the managment.bcoz we are not wrong.

Vital Infotech, Noida — yet not received the policy papers

i bought a bajaj alinz polici through your syndicate bank corporation, from syndicate bank sadabad(Hathras, UP) branch, in sept 2007.the name of your agent was nitish, i deposit a draft of 10000 rs, after 15 days when i get the papars, the name was misspalled there, so i return back that one for currection of name,
after that i yet not recieved my papers of policy,
plz solve out my problem

I don't know why such a big company like 3i Infotech can do such sort of things with their employees. It's a hame on the company. I will make sure that all the company personnel are put behind the bars and i will also file a case against the company as soon as possible and make sure that the company is closed.

I strongly agree. Even this case is not limited to Noida or chennai region. Every person who joins this company has to face this illegal and inhuman behavior. Can anyone tell me how can a person change his /her company with 3 months notice period. Please if somebody can start legal procedure against this company.

I also very strongly angree with this. Joining this company is a real pain. you have 3 months notice period plus HR of this company is not good and co oprative at all. They will make sure that you will suffer and somebuddy has to take some action against this company. It my advice that no one should join this company even freshers be aware before joining this company. Think twice before doing so. It's my humble advice to you all

All above people are very true and i agree with all, THIS 3i infotech, NOIDA is a fraud company, actually 3i infotech have no branch in noida or NCR !!! So be aware and safe...Its better to open company website, take number from their and ask them if their is any branch of ours in NOIDA or respectively. Take care guys, beware of frauds !!!

Friend, I received a mail from 3i infotech noida center for the post of management Trainee but i am quite confused because I searched noida center from google and found out that there is no branch of this company in Noida.Am I true?Please suggest me...

Sorry For the late reply buddy, yes Noida center is fake dont go there, i called 3i infotech, even u can try also, call them and ask if there's any branch of yours over here in noida. their is no 3i infotech branch here, and pure fake, try your luck somewhere else buddy, everyone got destiny so dont be in hurry n dont ruin your future. rest is your choice, u can go and visit also. i[censored] found something fishy, dont sign anything but morever its all fake.

i have worked with 3i noida...its not fake...
but i will strongly recommend not to join this organisation even if you are jobless and dying bcoz of starvation.
its a company to work for...there are no HR policies...managers can make you feel like slave...
they can come and ask you to say PLZ PLZ if you want a leave...its just one of the innumerous incidences that i have witnessed...
at the time of relieving even HR head of the organisation will say that Hr can't relieve you even if you have served the notice period of 90 DAYS...managers considers themselves as your masters and there is no check on them even if you have lodge a complaint to HR against them...
in my period of almost 3 years i have seen atleast 6 to 7 people filing a complaint against managers but no action has been taken..
they will send you on a project outside your base location and will never give you the allowences saying that you are a bachelor and you don't need allowences.in a completely new city they expect you to arrange every thing on your own without allowences and that too from the very first day...and this thing is applicable to lady employee as well..even lady employee can't claim for her stay in a hotel even for initial 2 days..
there are hundered of other things which will take another 2 days to write them down...the only thing that i can say from my experience is plz don't join this cmpny at any cost...

3i-Infotech is the worst IT company. It is an MNC but you can understand what it is

Whatever they have told is 100% true since i was also working for almost 3 years in chennai getting out of it is such a panic...There is no process followed they will be expecting to work late nights and come in the week ends putting ur own money and have to do extra work...such nonsense u cant see in any IT companies..
All my friends including myself struggled a lot to get out of it...They will exploit u like anything my sincere advice is not to join in such kind of company even if they are paying a crore...

3i infotech is one of the strange company, u can never see anywhere in India.
They pay Rs.8000(Minus IT and professional Tax) and make u to work 14 hours a day and 7 days a week.
In my work experience, i was asked by my manager to work for 20 hours (!!!) a day, to complete the project as soon as possible. Its really not an exaggeration or an amplification. Its 100% truth. All the current and past employees know this stupid culture.
3i dont have any HR policies, and they will ill treat u as though they are the Masters for u . A cool comedy with HR department is, there were still Junior HRs whose qualification is B.com, BSc and nobody knows on which basis they are recruiting the
Junior HRs.
They also have 'Diploma in computer science' people as software developers, so that they can threat and pay them a low salary. I still dont know how they recruited them. May be through back door.

There is no food or late night cabs and u have to spend ur own pocket money for everything.
Anybody who has self-respect and dignity will never want to work with a company like this.

3i infotech sucks.. Managers are the worst part. They treat you like thier servants . they pay u only 8000/- inr and ask u too work for 20 hours, includint saturday and sunday. I heard now the salary is reduced to 4000/- INR. Mahesh t.c in 3i is the worst of all, grouping with sujatha. Hr imran acts as though he is the ceo of the company. very worst treatment.

I agree with whatever they told.
Be frank most of the managers in 3i-infotech are not eligible to be a developer too. Most of the managers came thru back doors and references, they even don’t know how to estimate the application or plan the application. Once the project fails they used to screw the developers. If they planned well then why should the developers supposed to work more than 8 hours/day. There is some late sitting claims, which has only hyper link in their KM portal. You cant find the 9 to 6 office timings in 3i-infotech.Managers wants the developers to work more than 15 hours / day like a daily wages. There are some AGM who use to play the role of a Head Master in a school (just asking Y are u wearing casual today). Chennai US Offshore managers are the only managers in the IT world, who assign a task to the developer after he put downed his papers.
What ever you may complaint against a manager to the higher official, the managers will get the appreciation from their AGM for their smart act. (Seems AGM came from some Government Organization).
Sabeta Samuel is a HR Head who doesn’t know how to talk with her employees, (Road side rowdy can speak better than her).
Finally chennai HR people got distinction in "How to spoil one employee's life".

Though I don't have any complaints regarding salary, I just want to say that these people are not good on the grounds of humanity.Due to a sudden tragedy in my home, I had to leave Chennai, but they didn't transfered me to Noida, saying that there is no vacancy there, but strangely in next month they transferred my two colleagues.Both of them were having same experience as me as they both joined with me only.I dont know why this happened. There is no policy for employee retention.No hard feelings but yes, my whole career damaged because of this.

Hi ..i didnot go through all the comments but when i read it one or two comment i find the same thing happened with me also. i was deputed in NICPMO on behalf of 3i infotech but didnot get last month salary so far even i made a call to Mr. Rajesh kothari, donot know who is he..but he was concerned person of my salary. i made a call approx 50 to 60 times..even tried to establish a communication via mail but never get positive response..and atlast i left to try ..and now i am trying to get my PF no. from the last one and half month which i misplaced some where..letus see what happens..i dont think 3i will cooperate me to get my PF No...

in the words of engineer i'd like to say only one thing that is company is "CHUTIYA COMPANY" don't even think to join this company
