Redemption of Money Multiplier bond
Redemption of Money Multiplier bond-112000-MMB five . Several calls made at 3I infotech for enquiring regarding bond redemption process. But no staff receiving the call. Only once call by Ms.Nandini (name as inform by her on [protected]) saying that we will receive call by 5.30 pm but no revert. And also no one receiving the calls. Absolutely hopeless service.

I also faced the issue. The phone calls are not answered. Trying for several days. One Mr Yogesh spoke to me once but the emails are not responded to . They are no reading the email and giving stereo type reply. My refund of bonds are pending at their since 2018. Very bad service. They do it purposefully. I do not know how to resolve my issue with regard to ICICI bonds.

Wrong relisting amount showing for my shares

After relisting very less investment amount showing in my data account . it should have listed 80 rs instead of 30 rs. Please revert back my amount .

Wrong deduction of TDS on SCSS
Dear Sir,
On[protected], TDS of Rs.2, 520 has been wrongly deducted for SCSS15246 and TDS of Rs.278 has been wrongly deducted for SCSS47285.

I have sent 15 H form on[protected] by Red.post RU[protected]IN, received by your Vashi office on[protected] .Receipt appended below.

Ramesh. after my 4-5 reminder company not relieving my PF and exp letter.I resigned from co. on 31 jan 2015 for health reason. nearly 9month have been passed and they did not given any feed back about my query. so please do the needful.

I am Omprakash Rai and my Emp Code -68063. I have worked with 3i infotech Ltd as engineer and resigne on 1st aug 13 and served notice period is 25 days and leave balance is 10 days.I have all supporting documents i.e mail, attendance sheet etc if required, but my Project Manager Mr. Amit Verma([protected]) told i have not serve notice period. He is speak totally a lie.Many witness are ready to confirm served notice period by me 25 days on that site.Witness engineer is working on there right now. Company says only pay one day amount of my notice period.Please help to me and suggest what to do.

Annual Performance Bonus

Would like to bring to your notice about my ex-employer "3i Infotech Ltd".
I was working in this company from 21-Dec-2006. As annual performance appraisal, we are given bonus amount in April Salary each year, based upon performance rating (which varies from 1 to 5 with 5 being highest)
I had my annual appraisal for the year[protected] and got a rating of 4. For this rating I was eligible to get bonus upto 56K in April 2010 salary.
Suddenly, HR sent email that, we would be getting only 50% bonus in April 10 Salary and remaining 50% in June 10 salary.
OK, we didn't bothered, but again, mail was sent on 28-June-10 that, now bonus will be given in July-10 salary.
I resigned from company on 21-June-10 and informed HR about my resignation. They didn't gave me my remaining 50 % bonus which was due from 30-Apr-10.
When I raised this query with HR, they has very vague answers and when I asked abour the any such rule wriiten, they denied the same.
I would like to ask why I didn't get bonus for my last financial year and company is changing rule as & when they wish and they don't have any supporting documents for the same.
Also would like to bring to notice that, few employees who have resigned and informed HR about their resignation late, have received their bonus on time. Also bonus was given on 26-July-10 instead of 31-July ,as on 27-July-10 there was meeting with Board of Directors.

1. Company is known for its carelessness, irrresponsiblity and negligence. Negligence shown on irrevocable record is shocking and without any further proof reflects total negligence and carelessness in matter ofdirctly crediting dividend declared and passed. This is not a matter of isolated case of mine as of only one shareholder.
Company’s total negligent act needs full investigation by independent Government agency.
2 Why is it that company does not send its annual report and notice of its AGM. Why is it that I have not received annual report of the company. As a shareholder of the company it’s my fundamental right to receive annual report and notice of AGM. I specifically request you here with under guidance of consumer association lawyer to send me the annual report of the company.
Do company maintain any evidence which can conclusively show that annual reports are send to all shareholders of the company. Will company show to any authorised person from consumer association such foolproof evidence of dispatch of annual reports to shareholders.

giving less salary with more work
dear sir,we are working for 3i infotech,bhubaneswar.as per company policy ,working hour should be in shift(8 hrs).but company is strectching with 10-12 hrs without overtime charges.no allowances are provided.pls make a inquiry.

Yes, 3i-infotech Company is giving less salary. i have only 230/- increament after 2 years joining in this company.
but i am not agree for that besause this is depend on you perfomance
It's having around 2 years in this company and the salary increment is very less.If you compare our salary with other org. it is very less i have got 600 increment this year.And my salary is less then my office boy who is serving tea to all employees.I mean after doing so much study doing graduation, CCNA and MCSE we are being paid very less.Govt should look in to the matter that after so much inflation rate we are getting very less.If this kind of situation continue in future then it will be very difficult to survive in this world.This is not only from my side this is from all my brother's and sister's who are facing the same problem no matter in witch company.We outsource ppl are paid very less as compared to onroall employees.I mean if somebody do a survey on outsource and onroall then you will find that max work done by outsource guy and credit and pay hike goes to onroall employee.

From the last 8 days we are in strike because we oppose against our managment behaves and the rule created by them.so they oppose us to enter to office.We are standing in road from 6AM to 7PM.we inform to all the senior officer came from mumbai.till now they have no reaction.we also feel bad with the large pending of data but we can't compromise with the managment.bcoz we are not wrong.
We are also agree with all these comments, , this company is totally a fake company even this company should not able to complete the basic need of the employee...don;t join this company..unemployed guy is better instead of joining this ...

Voter ID card yet not received by our employees
We have conducted a campaign at our office with regard to voter ID cards and collected around 14 application forms from the employee who doesn’t have Voter ID cards. The same has been submitted at our nearest post office i.e. punjagutta, Hyderabad on 16.12.2009. Till now no one has received their ID cards.
Request you to guide whom we need to contact in this regard as the postal department informed us that the ID cards will be sent directly to applicant as per the address mentioned in Form-6.

It is Group company of ICICI. But it behaves worst with its staff than the ICICI Bank which sells Credit Cards through DMEs who is telling lies and then Harrase customer even for 10, 000/= over due.
During Interview it has been clearly told that onemonth notice period. I have received a Indent which is talks about my pay package but silent on notice period. But 3 days after joining to NOIDA Bus Intelligence, they asked me sing...
