[Resolved]  Regional Pf Office Bangalore — PF Amount not Credited

The PF office has returned my PF withdrawal application stating that they have issued two cheques to my bank directly -

1. Rs 75453 dated 18 Jan 08
2. Rs 11890 dated 18 Jan 08

While Rs 11890 has been directly credited to my bank account on 23 Jan 08 but the other cheque of Rs 75453 has not been credited to my account yet. I have checked my account details & also enquired from my bank.

Thus the cheque of Rs 75453 is still untraceable.

I have sent a speed post (EM[protected]IN dated 19 Aug 08) to the PF office with following details -

1. Details of my bank statement from Jan 08 till Jun 08 (said cheque has not hit my account)
2. Letter from my bank stating that they have not received the said cheque
3. Application to PF office requesting to disimburse the remaining amount

My PF account no. is KN/BN/34177/6182

Request your help in getting my other cheque also from the PF office.

PF refund form was submitted on 30th aug 08 through Ouroffice masseger(viveks ltd indiranagar cmh rd)My corporation bank account no is_02944701 Bangalore in the Regional PF Office Bangalore. Till date the refund is not given. But still there is no information from there side please give the pf office Phone number to contact that person who is handling this regards pf refund

Iam pradeep dabral my P.F refund application form was submitted on july month 2008 after all correction and checked by HR through Ista Hotel (I.H.H.R) hospitality pvt ltd Bangalore, till date refund not credited in my Account . i had already complaint many time, and mail to Mr reji devasta who is looking case of Ista hotel. sir i had left the company 15 August-2006 and form submit form, but sir after 30 month past no any process, Mr. reji every time told next month money will credit in your a/c .
please do the needful and let me know. on mail.

I have submitted the withdrawal form for withdraw money from my PF account on 8th months back i.e.April 2008. PF Amount not Credited
The PF office has returned my PF withdrawal application stating that they have credited the amount thru ECS to my bank. -

While i received 1 amount around 13, 000 and another amount around 86000 has not been credited in to my account.

When i contacted PF office they asked me to reapply again and again i got the same reply that it has already been given. I applied again during October along with following statements.


1. Details of my bank statement from Jan 08 till Jun 08 (said cheque has not hit my account)
2. Letter from my bank stating that they have not received the said cheque
3. Application to PF office requesting to disimburse the remaining amount

My PF account no. is KN/18616/1802

Request your help in getting my other cheque also from the PF office.

I am Rahul Dalsania My PF refund application form was submitted on Aug-month 2008. I Manually Went to the PF Office and submitted from my end, (I was employed of RCS Technology Bangalore)


After two months again visited Pf office and inquired about my Pf Withdrawal status and PF Officer inform me it will be delay, you will get in next two month

Till date refund is not credited to my account

applied for my PF account closure on june 4th, 2008. My office ppl say that the form is already submited in bomanhalli bangalore PF office branch. Till date did not receive any kind of responce. I called PF office several times, the number hardly gets connected and every time i get connected, i get only one reply stating that the case is still under process..
can some one let me know whom to conatct on this?? or what is the next step of action??
