99labels — Bad Service and Very Bad Customer Support

Hi,

I had purchased a T-Shirt from 99Labels (Order Number :[protected] which was smaller than the standard M size. I when returned the parcel sent over to me back to them personally bearing a cost of Rs 220.
Now they have payed me the amount of Rs220 in the form of Credit Note in my 99label account(I will have to again shop from their site to get the amount back). The now don't have thing in right size which I returned so they have returned the amount again in the form of Credit Note.
Now I have 2 Credit Notes for redeeming which I need to go to different transactions as in buy 2 things from their site now which is not done.

I called to sum up the amount of the 2 credit notes so that I can forgive them for all the mistakes they have done and finally do a buy, but now when i call the customer care the female on the other ends tells me that we cannot sum the credit notes to compulsorily have to do 2 purchases.

This is pure harassment of the customer. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM 99LABELS.

Dear Anmol,

We duly apologies due inconvenience you had to face.

However as per the last conversation with our care cell desk, we would again reiterate once the bonus is used partially it cannot be clubbed with any other bonus.

In your case you have already used part of bonus (credit note), hence we are really sorry but such request cannot be considered.
