99labels — Money not refunded

I had purchased a brown purse from this online store website(99 labels.com) and prepaid the amount on 11.05.2013. Later on they unilaterally cancelled the order and did not even bother to inform me. When i
called up their customer care no. i was informed by cancellation and till date they have not refunded the money that I paid them over 45 days. Every time i write to them, they say it will take 7-10 working days but I doubt now whether they are ever going to return the money. Can someone tell these guys that there are certain work ethics and norms which are to be followed by law-abiding firms, please
