[Resolved] 99labels — did not receive product in full | |||
i have ordered a designer suit set on 99labels.com. i have received it but dupatta was missing in that suit set that suit set was worth more than 5000/-..i have got it for an offer price of 2851/- i have filed a complaint they said they will give me a credit of 200/-. i want to take action on this online trade what shal i have to do to proceed further? with regards dr.mrunalini Was this information helpful? | |||

i have already ordered thrice and received products
once i have received a stained saree
i have complained but are so reluctant to respond back
now i have ordered an expensive designer suit thay have sent the product but the dupatta was missing.
they responded and they offered me a credit of 200/- for a designer dupatta..can u imagine..?

they say they will give a credit note of rs200/- with which i have to shop again and get back into troubles what a pity???
i am very much frustrated with this 99labels
initially i thought they are genuine atleast but not at all.
