I have purchased a product on 99labels on Dec 11, 2011. The order no. is 99206191. As I did not get my product shipped , i mailed to them on Jan 6 , 2012. for which they replied that there is no stock and they will cancel my order and refund my money. I waited and on Jan 23,2012 I got my product shipped which is same and the product is of worst quality. I dont understand how they dispatched it when they promised me of cancelling it. In between they started playing with me saying we will refund the money as bonus points but then I urged to refund my money into my bank account as it is fault from their side for which they agreed too. When I send a mail to their support regarding the same, they asked me to return the product. So I had taken pain to courier it back on Jan 25. It was delivered but no response from their side. I seriously urge 99labels to immediately take appropriate action regarding the same. Was this information helpful? |
