[Resolved] ABN AMRO Bank - Credit Card — FRAUD TRANSACTION | |
To, The Manager Credit Card Department ABN AMRO BANK NEW DELHI INDIA Sub : Transaction Dispute / Fraud Transaction Ref : Old Credit Card No. 5425 XXXX XXXX 6707 Replaced New Card No. 5425 XXXX XXXX 0789 Dear Sir, With reference to Credit Card Statement dated 12/march/2009., this is to bring to your notice that my credit card account has been debited a sum of Rs 33998.00 on 20/Feb/2009 to IDEA PAYMENT, TATAINDICOM.BILL DESK & RELIANCE INFOCOMM LIMITED Respectively. I raised a complaint and informed the bank about this unauthorized transaction on the same day on 20/feb/2009 when i received call from ABN Amro BAnk Around 8.00 am regarding the transaction i denyied the transaction at thesame time, the the executive told me to filled a disput form with in 60 days accordingly i filled a duly filled disputed form and send a scan copy vai E-mail and Fax a copy also. After that on regular interval i followed up and the executive told me that reversal will be made after 75 days of filling the disputed form but when i did not recieved the reply from the bank i Did send a mail to the bank and now the bank told me that reversal will not be made . My question is this when i told at the same time regarding the fraud transaction why not take immediate acttion on it, also all the payment were made to the telephone service company it was easly tracable by the bank for which number it was paid. secondly each month bank charging interest on the same total around Rs. 7000.00 (Approx). This is the fact that it is totally a fraud transaction being dumped on me and, therefore, I am not going to pay for this fraud transaction at all. It’s not about Rs 33, 998.00 but it is about the fraud which is not acceptable . So you are requested to please send a revised statement with reversal of the above-mentioned amount along with the reversal of financial charges, late fees or any other charges levied due to this transaction . As far as my own expenses are concerned, I am going to make the full payment towards them immediately. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and revert back. I am a credit card holder o[censored]r bank. My credit card no is [protected].Some internet hacker is hacked the code and doing transaction. My wife had lodge a complaint to block ti. But even then transaction is going. Kindly stop it with immediate efect. We are not purchasing any internet purchase. So, pl block it.

i have not any reply against my complaint. pl do it at earliest.
I have received ABN AMRO Smart MilesTitanium Credit Card bearing No. [protected] & send an SMS today for activate the same. I have not received any phone call from your Customer Service for the activation of my new Credit Card. I have been told by SMS to contact ABN AMRO web site. But I am not able to contact through web sites.
Request you to activate my new Credit card immediately failing which I presume that this card will not be activated in my favour.
Shall be thankful if you please confirm me per return mail enabling me what to do for proceed further for using the new credit card.

Dear Sir, ...im the holder of your bank and before last month when i tried to take out money my card goes inside the machine and that security told me that it cannot take out...So i called up ur bank and they told me that they will send me a new card within 7 days, but till today i didnt get anything.And i really need my credit card...how long i will wait for my new credit card?

Just now(Date -28th Oct 2009, time 12:33pm) i had conversation with Gaurav from the no.[protected] and Jay from the no. [protected]
these people are saying you have to pay at any cost what i have oriental fees,
even though i had no commitment with Gaurav, i just said that I'll think about this and I'll let you know.
As i recollect there was no mention of these words "yes I'm interested" during my telephonic conversation.
There was no official confirmation from my side authorizing you to go ahead with Oriental plan, hence it strongly object your behaviour and i would complain regarding this to your senior management.
I would appreciate if you could revert back all the mistakes from your side that has been done because of your misunderstanding.(keep me posted and quick response would be greatly applauded)

RESPECTED SIR,I HAVE AB N AMRO BANK CARD IN YEAR 2009 CARD NO [protected] I PAID ALL DUES AT THAT TIME AND CLOSE THE CARD AFTER ONE YEAR DEC 2010 THEY SEND ME THE STATEMENT THAT IS SHOWING THE TRANSACTION BUT I DID NOT HAVE THE CREDIT CARD BECAUSE I AL READY CUT THE CARD SO I COMPLAINT ON 5 JAN 2011 AND THEY GIVE ME THE DISPUTE FORM I PUT ALL DETAIL AND SEND THEM BY COURIER AND ALSO EMAIL TO HEMANI SHE IS IN CHARGE NOW THEY ARE CALLING ME AND ASKING PAY RS: 37000/ THAT I AM NOT USE THY THEY ARE HARASSING ME FOR PAYMENT FROM DELHI.PLEASE SEE THE MATTER AND ON SAME CATEGORY MY HUSBAND CARD THEY REVERSAL ALL MONEY CARD NO [protected].

ABN AMRO Bank — Fraud/ Account numbers sms to all
I have received 2 SMS today from ABN AMRO BANK saying that my account has been debited of thousands of rupees under cheque clearing.I got shock of my life and called up bank by phone, they said this was in error and finished the topic.
I am sure they are also sending similar SMS to others with my bank details...
Please oppose ABN AMRO BANK. It is not safe
