[Resolved]  Abn Amro — Fraud and misguide

Dear Sir.

This is regarding to stop the payment of Rs-9900/- which has been charged to me after giveing me wrong information by your agent who offers me health and fitness scheme.

On Sunday one executive called me at my home informing me to take the offer - I denied the same informing her that last year also I had taken the offer but it was not given to me and I have to follow up for the same - but at last it was not given till date.

On 12/08/09 @ 10.39 Am Harpreet Singh from ABN AMBRO called me on my mobile no [protected] who was talking with me in Punjabi and informed me that your are lucky customer and your name has been selected by luck draw that is the reason he is giveing this offer only to the valuable clients - I informed him the same thing that I don't want any offer because last year I have faced the problem and have grievance reg. the same. He check and confirmed that last year the offer was not dispatched due to incorrect address and the same was returned back. Now the offer is given on the basis of your complaint and grievance to improve our service with the old offer dosmetice and international tour package coupons along with this health and fitness schemes offer with two watches free of cost and nothing will be charged to you - only Rs-9900/- will be reflected in you credit card statement and after receiving your transaction id and customer care no. the same will be waived off from there side and he will personally call to take the TR ID and waived off the amount.

I was not agreed but again he promised and informed me that only who have to verify the call and give him the transaction id so that he waived off the amt for free of cost and he also inform me that don't ask any question at the time of verification.

At 11.00 a same day Ms.Pooja called from verification dept and confirm the offer - as per instruction given by Harpreet Singh I gave me all the details and information required for verification and she asked me the credit card details, after given her all the details I got the TR ID and customer care no[protected] and informed that within 14 days you will get all the offer coupons and gift from our end after that the got SMS that tranx on your account for Rs-9900/- has received.

Immediately I called Harpreet Singh @ 11.13 am on[protected] for giveing him the TR ID - But the no. from where he called was not connected message got the line disconnected...Again I called him but there was same message than I tried on[protected] from where Ms Pooja from verification dept called me but I got the same message that the line is disconnected.

I was worried and than I called at customer care no.[protected] @ 2.30 pm there Ms Ruchika attended the call and I informed her all the details, but she denied and refused to listen the fact and she promised that after confirming she will call back and confirm the same, but she didn't called me that day.

On 12/08/09 I called ABN call center on[protected] @ 2.43 Pm - there Ms Sonal attended the call after informing all the fact she noted the complaint and gave me the same customer care no. and informed me that still the TR amt is in process and who can stop the payment within 2 days but you have to inform to the given customer care no. I request her to take the complaint that it was misguide to me and your executive came me the wrong information that all the offer will be given to you will be free of cost - she opoliges for the same and informed to call at the give no.

On 12/08/09 @ appx 7.00 Pm I got the call from ABN the person informed me that you have given the complaint reg. some issue and he want to discuss the same. As I was driving I informed him to call today morning at 11.00AM - but I didn't got any call from your side.

Today I got the call from your side to confirm the address where to dispatched the gifts offer - I denied the same and informed her that I have been misguide and after giving the wrong information the amt was taken from my credit card & since from morning I called customer care no[protected] but no one was attending the call.

At last in afternoon I got the call connected and again talk to Ms Ruchika to confirm and inform that I don't want the offer and want to cancel the same because from ABN I have been confirmed that you have to given the request at customer no and than only they can stop the payment.She again refused and denied to cancel the order and informed that her senior will call you soon.

But after waiting for some time I called ABN bank call center two time but the system was not available and they informed to call after 5.00 PM.

I called after 5.00 Pm and again informed them the same story and request them to immediately stop the payment - Your executive informed me that you have to given the request in writing and one form has to be signed through the agent after that only the payment will be stopped from our end.

I got the call from Mr.Prem @ 6.40 Pm from[protected] he informed me that he is senior of Harjeet Singh - I informed him full detail after listening all the fact he agreed that the information given to me was incorrect and they have taken and removed Harpreet Singh from the job. I requested him that I don't want any offer and pls consider my request because I am not is position to pay the amt. He gave me EMI option to pay the amt but I refused so and informed him to pls cancel mu offer and stop the payment immediately or else I will not pay anything and take legal action reg. this issue.He informed me that he will call back soon.

Again I got from Mr.Jagdeep Singh @ 6.29 Pm from[protected] he informed that he is senior of Mr.Prem - I again informed him the same story and requested him to cancel my offer and send me the letter which I have to sign for cancellation because I am not in the position to pay the amt really. After listen everything he informed me that he will call me back.

Again I got from Mr.Jaiber Singh @ 6.50 Pm from[protected] he informed that he is senior of Mr.Jagdeep Singh - I again informed him the same story but he denied to cancel the offer and he was ready to given me discount of 50% of what amt has been charged by me - He informed me directly that the amt will not be waived off but I can give/adjust more offer in this amt.I again request him to cancel my offer and informed him that I will not pay anything if reflected in my card statement and I will stop all the pending EMI what I am paying utill this matter has solved. He informed me whatever you do you can do anything but we will not cancel the offer and we will take the amt from you.

This is the service you are giveing to your customers - check my record / transactions of last 4 years.

If you want to loss such customer that no a issue, but really I will not Rs-9900/- in any case - I will fight for the same.

I am writing a official mail that ABN that his executives have misguided me given me wrong information and used my credit card... Kindly stop the payment immediately, I will not liable to pay any amount if charged to me & I will stop all the loan EMI also.

Pls do the needful on urgent basis.

ABN AMRO — ABN AMRO Marketing fraud

I am a ABN AMRO Credit Card holder, I received a call from ABN AMRO regarding a travel offer.

I asked them to send a email clearly explaining the offer. There was a confirmation call and no where they mentioned that the money would be debited to my A/c. They asked me my DOB andmothers maiden name and said it is only for verification purposes.

When i recieved my statement it had a debit of Rs. 4, 999/- + 617.87 towards 4 seasons.

Also, at the time of issuing of Card I was assured a free Air Ticket. As it turned out I had to pay the taxes and it was available only on limited sectors. (The Sales executive had assured me that the ticket was for free, I need not pay the taxes also).

ABN AMRO — ABN AMBRO FRAUD

On 13th of April 09, I got a call from ABN AMRO bank stating that I have been nominated for a Supreme Plus offer based on my personal loan with ABN AMRO bank. After stating the features and benefits of this offer like I will get discount of 35% for all the transactions, the caller mentioned that there would be a nominal cost of Rs.5000/-, which I would need to pay through a secured bank transaction mode over phone, using my credit card. After the transaction is successful, I would receive a kit within 15days from the bank.
I asked the customer service executive to call me back after some time so that I can think over it.I received the call again from the CSR after 15 minutes, I reconfirmed with him about the 35% discount on any transaction, his answer was YES.I made the payment after getting an assurance from the CSR. The caller congratulated me and stated that a kit would reach me in 15 days. I received the card after few days, however when I referred the attached booklet it was mentioned as 10% - 5% discount. I was unable to believe and thought that a wrong booklet has been sent to me, so I made a call to the ABN AMBRO call center.Surprisingly, the bank totally disowned such offer and said that no such offer is going on against any of their bank products.
I tried to explain the bank that the voucher has ABN AMBRO’s logo and the envelope has the call center’s phone number but the bank disowned it. I called the Citibank to check if my transaction has been done by ABN, they confirmed that the amount has already been credited to ABN. I then called the ABN bank they said that again they cant help and the money should be revised by citi bank only, I explained the scenario that the money has already been credited to ABN but they were not at all in a mood to help me, they said that nothing can be done.

After few days, I called once again and explained the whole situation to the ABN CSR, since this time I had done full research and was confident that the money has been credited to ABN, the CSR ( named Beena) was unable disown it, so she told that I will raise a complaint and you will be receiving the money back in your card within 5 working days and was given a reference #, but nothing got credited in my citi bank account after 10 days also. So I called the bank once again and reported the issue this time also I got a reference #[protected]CSR name Sneha) and the confirmation that the money will be credited within 5 days. Dint received the money. I gave it a last chance and called the call canter again but the CSR was rude enough to cut the call.

So I decided to go to the Bank directly, once I reached the bank I was informed that the Credit card queries can be taken up only on helpline Phone and helpdesk is only for the account holders. I was already tiered and irritated with the response from the Phone helpline, so I made it a point that I get help form this bank only. I was put on to CSR Gayathri she made a call to the helpline and explained the scenario but then again the HELPLINE person was not understanding the query so the call was been transferred to a higher executive, after a long discussion he informed that the money CANT be reverted.

The bank has given wrong commitment and taken rs 5000 from me.Now they refuse to retun my money.

Sir in the year 2006 I was offered this credit card by telemarketing guy of your bank and I was told that this card is absolutely free and no charge like joining fee or annual fee will be charged. But after receiving this card and on the first stated I was charged of joining fee and taxes. So I called your bank and asked them to discontinue my credit card I was asked to return the cards back by cutting it in four parts which I did. After that I use to still get the monthly statement so I again request to your bank as I was not using by credit card as I was discontinue . I was promised that it will stop and no dues were left. But now after 3 year I have come to know from cibil that I have some outstanding with your bank on my above credit card. So on 18/11/09 request no.[protected] to send my my latest statement as I have not got the statement for last two year and even request your executive to settle down my due so that I can payoff and have a n.o.c. from your bank to submit to cibil. I was told that I will receive a call in next four day. I waited for four day and as I didn’t receive any call I called back o 23/11/09 request no.22428451 I was told the same thing to wait for four day. But I didn’t revise any call .than I request again on 27/11/2009 but same result so I called today i.e. 4/12/2009 request no. [protected] and I have been asked to wait for two more days for the phone call. I will request please. Please let this be the last time. I want to settle my due as soon as possible so that I can get an n.o.c. from your bank. So that I can have clear statement with cibil.
Hope my request will be process as early as possible with positive results.

ABN AMRO MARKETING PERSON CHEATTED FOR REGULER CUSTOMER

In Nov 2009 ABN marketing person Mr Shrivastw (tel[protected] and saying congratulation u selected as VIP customer of ABN so u have free offer, I rejected and i told him i am not intrested in such offer, He still one week calling me again and again and telling me with talk my senier for discount offer. The senier saying u just book offer next day its will reverse and u will get benifit of 9900/- also u recived OPtima pair watches. After that no call and no any gift from their side only 9900/- bill in my credit card. I speak with customer also and they saying after 15 days its will reverse but still movement nothing happen with me. Now i stopped the using this card and also going to stop total payments also. I told them that i am not going to pay my outstanding till date 9900/- get reverse.


Dear all dont book any offer from ABN AMro in future...ITs cheatting bank
