[Resolved]  ABN-AMRO credit card — Worst Customer Service

At the offset we have been using the ABN AMRO credit card for the past 3 years. The credit number being ****-****-****-****

I have been regularly paying the minimum outstanding fee without fail up to date. Recently, your customer care associate called me up regarding the upgradation of the new ABN-AMRO gold card. I asked him several times whether is there any hidden charges for this upgrade, but he told me that there is no hidden charges for this gold card upgrade.

But when i received this card on 26/12/09 (Saturday) i called up the customer card again to activate the new card. But he informed me that i will be charged Rs.2000+ in order to activiate this new card

The reason for me to write this mail is to inform you that I'm really dissatisfied with the wrong information thats been given to the customers about this card upgrade's hidden charges

I'm very mush satisfied with the current card that im using right now so I have enclosed the newly sent Gold card back to your bank

ABN AMRO CARd — worst service i ever found

hi,

iam really felling frustrated with the ABN AMRO credit card service.
there is no proper channel to contact the customer care. i think there is no proper communication between the billing department and callcenter executive.
i never saw such a poor service in my career. this is the worst service i found.
they forced some PREMIER CLUB & SUPREME EXPERIENCE OFFER charges in january ill, which i havent asked or opted for, and in return they are asking to pay the bill for that. when i said that i havent opted it they are saying that they will call me back regarding this and they havent called me for 3 months and again they called me again after 3 months in april and same story .now the new bill they have generated after 2 months i.e in may and called me after 2 months and asking me again the same question.i dont what they are expecting from the customers. do they want customers to simply pay the money for the mistakes.
the whole bill what iam getting is nothing but the interest charges and the Late fee charges . they are trying to force on me.

ABN-AMRO credit card — fraudly debit Rs.5000/- in my account

I hold abn-amro credit card, in my current statement they have charges Rs.5000/- for some voucher of make my trip, which i have not purchased.Even after my several complaints to reverse it, they are not doing anything & they are saying i have to pay it.Today i.g.02/07/2009 they have told that now i have to pay Rs.3750/- & they will not reverse it, they are haressing me & my family for this.please do needful & oblige.

ABN AMRO Credit Card — WORST CREDIT CARD PROVIDER

Its a completely DISAPPOINTING experience I have been facing from ABN AMRO kind of world renowned bank Poor Customer Support Absolutely error prone Login page and wrong way of charging some transaction My last word for my more than 1 CREDIT CARD engagement with this bank is PLEASE LET ME STOP USING THE CREDIT CARD.

1. When you login with some password, I'm sure that the same password will not work next day & I have to keep resetting the pwd every other day.

2. When you call customer care of ABN AMRO, I always get only one repspone "SIR, Due to some technical maintainance our system is not running currently, Could you please call us tomorrow"

3. I dont mind paying late fee if I'm not paying the bill till due date, but they will charge LATE FEE + SOME OTHER FEES DUE TO THAT LATE FEE WHOSE TOTAL WILL CROSS YOUR LATE FEE.

MY ADVICE & HUMBLE REQUEST...... JUST SAY 'BYE' TO ABN-AMRO CREDIT CARD.

As per your representative & reliance person I already make 2000 rs payment in last two month unnecessary . You looking this issue from 7 th July now sept is going on . That is showing your keen interest . I think you will always appreciate me because never get this type of customer who pay unnecessary amount for enjoy you people .

Finally let me what is the procedure for close the relation between ABN amero now. I do not want to use & keep your card as well as relation ship with your bank .

I an Abn bank Credit card holder no.[protected]. It is learnt from the sourses that my name was given to CIBIl for non payment of dues however I have not utilised the facilities of credits cards I have offer of free holidays however i refused the same However the finance charges levied against the same .I have telephonocially informed the same however no action was taken and stopped the sending the statements since10/2006 I also requested to send a statements of expenditiure which was not send

Very Bad Customer Service. I was using ABN Amro Card for one and half year. In the month of April 2009 ABN Amro Bank has charged me Rs. 5000/- which I naver purchase anythings. I have complain so many time and they saying in next billing amount will be reversed and ask me to pay the rest of the amount. In my Bill no acual purchase amount left apart from the amount ( Rs. 5000/- ) which they had charges. Today the bill amount with interest and late charges reach to Rs. 31000/- and getting threatening calls from the payment collection agencies.

I have sent so many emails to ABN Amro Customer care but not getting single reply from them.
