Sub:-Gross FRAUD & CHEATING by ABN-AMRO Bank Credit Card.Card No.[protected]
Sir,
I am a credit card holder of very good standing since more than four years.
I received a statement dated 12.05.08 with unusal outstanding.It is simply not understandable to me.I never had any due on my credit card and that you can check with my record.
Because of this false staement,my credit card payment denied in one merchant establishment.In my life,till date,my credit card payment has been denied only twice and both the time it is this card and that too,because of ABN-AMRO Bank ‘s fault.
I already informed your customer care center on 15.5.08 at 4.41pm to Ms Beena.
Again,I wish to request you the following points:
1.I am paying only the fresh transactions I made,that is,Rs.8333/ and Rs 24630/(Total
Rs32963/only).
2.I am not concerned with other transactions showing in the card statement.
3.Please cancel my card as I donot want to keep any relationship with the cheater Bank.
4.I do not want any unsolicited call from your agent regarding this.
5.You have to take responsibility of credibility as my card was denied.
6.From my side,no relation with the Bank.
7.Any discussion regarding this should be by the DIRECTOR LEVEL PERSON of the
Bank.
8.I am dropping the Cheque No.105700 of ICICI Bank dated 25.05.08 at Drop
box,Divya shakti Aptt,Ameerpet,Hyderabad,AP of Rs32963/only.
I am sending copies of this information to all the concerned deparments as I am fearing of threatening and man handling by you people as per the records of TV NEWS and NEWSPAPER reports.

Since two years,I under constant threat of abnamro bank people.Even,abnamro people sent people to my house for thretenening.As,I am the comman people and have fear to go to police.I am raising the issue now to your forum.
