[Resolved]  abnamro credit card — [protected] credit card

my credit card is above numbered abnamro debited upgrading charges ,medical insurance,finance charges not to concern me.not only over limit fee,premier club fee late fee charges also debited to my account i naver allowed for the same .
In my opinion abn amro very dishonest and fraud doing with costumers like me .

This is to inform you that as per current statement I have to pay Rs 1440, In this amount there is a overlimit fee Rs 600, is included. But I will pay only Rs 840. Because you have charged Rs 600 without any information. If my problem is not solved, I will stop using your credit card.
Kindly do the needfull at an earliest.

ABN AMRO Credit Card — Annual fee charged after cancellation with late payment added every month.

I took an ABN AMRO credit card. Even though the card was free for first one year I was charged with joining fee in my very first statement, when I fought with their customer care the charge was reduced to half (50% of joining fee) & I paid that as was not interested in further arguments.
The year was suppose to be completed in Aug 05 hence I wrote a mail in June 05 to cancel my card after making the payment for all outstanding amount. I also made a call to their customer care to inform the same.

But the card wasen't canceled and they kept charging me late fee on the yearly membership fee.
The accumilation of Original membership fee, late fees & service taxes went up to 5170. Suddenly they stopped generating further late payments in Aug 06 and since then I am receiving recovery calls every month.
I have kept all the cc statements for reference. I made the final payment of actual purchase in April 05 (1039 INR) and wrote a mail for cancellation.
one of the stupid people in the customer care, they are talking very abuse words and roughe to the customer they charged my the annual fee, i called ak them but ther is no good reply they simply told i[censored] need to use just keep the card or through the card to garbage.

I have applied for a loan and the Bank is asking for my full and final settlement letter toward the ABN Amro credit which I have cancelled 2 years ago.

Can I get the copy of the letter.

ABN AMRO Credit Card — Regarding the Annual Fee.

Hello Sir/ Madam,

I am having a credit card for ABN AMRO Bank, number [protected], Intially the tele executive and person who has taken the document told me that the card is free for life time, But everytime they are sending the Annual fees bill every month, I had called the help line, They have removed the charges one time, but next year onwards again they are charging the annual fees.

I do not want this card any more, Would you be so kind to help me on this.

I was issued a credit card # [protected] three years back. While issuing the card, I was told that it is a life time free credit card. I have not used this card since beginning. Every year I receive a statment from the bank mentioning an outstanding. Everytime I have to make efforts to contact the bank to state them that it is a lifetime free card. Everytime I am assured that henceforth the amount shall not be charges. This time I have again recieved a statement asking for the payment. Could some one guide me what to do..??? I am not interested in the continuing with the card.

Donot pay the amount 3 months, they will call u for settlement.
One of the most poor customer service - they bill you for the services you have never opted for - you call them- they say they have now reversed the charges- the next bill statement indicates partial reversal and additional non payment charges - you complain again and the cycle continues.

It's high time somebody teaches them lesson that all customer's cannot be fooled for all the times

abnamro credit card — annual fee charges

I am being forced to pay annual fee for my add on card which I never demanded.It was told that it is free of cost but now they are charging fee for that. Till now i have not even used this card once.Kindly look for all these mal practices.

Have I taken ABN AMRO Bank credit card 6 years back which is free for first 1 year to try
After charge annual I called up customer care to close the card after clearing the dues. And they said they did! But still pending some amount of annual charges every month showing annual fee due payment.
