Sir, I have made several complaints to M/S Hitachi to attend the complaints but in vain. Accordingly the complaint was registered with you on dated 21st June 2010. The problem with the AC which was purchased on 17th April 2010 still exists. We are facing so much problem in such a scorching heat, we have made complaints to the Hitachi site as well but still the people and the staff are not seems to be interested in attending the complaints. it is such a shame that a brand name Hitachi is not concerned, they are just concerned in there sale service but not concerned about the after sales service...
shame on them...
