My customer care complain (reminder 20 times ) ac service is pending for last three months i talked to there service head at noida
Mr deepak mishra ten times but he always cheated me false commitments of service
pl advice what should i do
I totally agree Hitachi India customer care is total . Please think 100 times before buying any product of Hitachi

AC — ACe parking

May I know if I've committed some mistake by trusting a professional
company like Samsung and buying several Samsung products?

I bought this window AC a 3 year ago and in peak summers, I'm just
suffering waiting for last 2 days to get the faulty AC repaired!

There must be a problem either in manufacturing or loose QC which has
resulted in this fiasco and within 1 month the AC has started posing
problems.

I've never experienced such a bad and slow response from any consumer
durable industry till now.

Expecting a fast response atleast to the mail unlike my service

From yesterday near about 20 call to your custmer care centre and no responce.

your Lucknow service centre is too much bad in every service. When they take product for repairing they give time 3 days but return after 15 days.

I have same problem before 15 days and again face the same with in ten days your repairing quality is also too much poor.

So plesae if you cant give us good sevice then please tell us and we hire a private engineer.Comliant No. [protected]

AC — third class service

I had taken AMC of the whirlpool ac from the Co, on the 18th Apr, I made a complaint regarding non functioning of my ac. There was no response from the call center or the nearest dealer. Reminders on the 3/4/5 day, did not make any difference to them. Will avoid all Whirlpool products now onwards. Complaint no GB[protected], Is there a way to get the money back ?

i have puchased one a.c. from ur company at 30th march 2011. for my bombay dying showroom. It is not installed properly n its not working. since i logged complains so many times in ur customer care, till now my problem has not been sought out.

AC — Service prob with broken AC

Hello,

I am highly disappointed with service center of LG. Filed complain on 28th April 2011 for functionality problem but service guys are not responding even after multiple reminders.
I had also purchased its service warranty plan which is valid till 2012. But I wonder what to with the papers and AC when neither AC working nor this warranty plan where service guys are supposed to repair the product.

Following are some details-

Extended Warranty Plan- Hlp-plan code 23643 valid till 2012

I hope at least this means of communication work where all faulty promises have gone in vain so far

AC — last year machine

Dear sir,

I have buyed a AC outdoor from thanjavur vasanth&co,AND IT GOT AN DENT,we went to ask the manager,,and he suddenly turn to his face & blamming us an bad words(but they didn't gave any receipt) me and my relatives wont buy any single products from vasanth&co thanjavur its the worst sales center that manager at all equal to street dog, pig some one else......
