[Resolved] Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — mobile not recharge

Dear Sir,
I recharge my reliance mobile no.9312.13403 on dtd 21.10.2011 for Rs. 333/-through citi bank credit card . first time transaction not complited and computer screen shonw that your transaction not completed after then i again rechagrge my mobile, but Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. deducted two tims this amount in my citi bank credit card account .
I am requestin to kindly reverse me my amout for Rs.343/- as soon as possible,otherwise i will take legal action agaist you.

Dear Sir,
I recharge my vodafone mobile no.[protected] on dtd 10.02.2013 for Rs. 5/-, Rs.14/-, Rs.124/-, Rs.222/- Rs.37/- through Axis bank credit card . Transaction complited for Rs. 5/-, Rs.14/-, Rs.222/- Rs.37/- and not complet for Rs.124/-, but Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. deducted Rs.5, 000/- from my account from my saving account no [protected]
I am requestin to kindly reverse my amout for Rs.5, 000/- as soon as possible, otherwise i will take legal action agaist you.
