I am victim of FREECHARGE.IN and i payed 1009 bucks for my MTS data card . They are not even responding on phone no provided on the web-site.

recharge on 23.03.2011 but i haven't got the balance till now. i have mail ( [protected]@ccavenue.com ) & ( [protected]@freecharge.in ) also but still not get the balance. today is 1st april 2011 don't know how much more time they will take.

Hi on 14th March I had recharged my mobiles with the below details

Phone Amount

I had used citibank credit card to recharge, but in my bank statement its showing of 3 transactions where 222 is showing twice.
When I contacted citibank they had given APPROVAL NUMBERS for the transactions they are

Even in my freecharge account its showing only 2 records. So please let me know what was the issue and credit back with my amount.

For this i had mailed to [protected]@freecharge.in nearly 20 times but there is no response, what is the customer care number ?

I have ordered for 150 rs. recharge for my cell no which is my bsnl no..the amount of 150 rs has been debited from my account but it was not recharged to my mobile...this leads me to think that freecharge.in is a fraud service and i advice to new users or consumers that please do not use this service otherwise after that you will also come in such type of problem..
