Dear Sir,

Today at 1.05 PM i have recharged of Rs.51/- of my mobile no.[protected] with free recharge.com The Order id : FCVW[protected] but still my mobile is not recharges with the same amount.

In this connection i have spoke with reliance customer care they told that your transaction was unsuccessful/ failed but free charge website shows that transaction have been done.

Now resolve my matter.

      Freecharge — Fraudulent site

      I had got a recharge done on 24th of june 2011. Till today, 12th july, no coupon has bee delivered. I have complained more than 15 times, but nobody replies on mail. On their site, a standarad system generated reply is sent saying please wait another 2 days.

      Despite threats of approaching consumer court, nothing is done by them.

      I would request others to not use this site at all. The owner is a fraud.

        i recharged my phone through the site 'www.freecharge.com' using my PNB debit card. At the end it says that recharge is not successful or the site gets hanged but the amount has been deducted from my account. i have already complained to the site but my problem is still not solved. and it happened twice with me. so i want to file a complaint against this site.

          Hi,

          I had recharged my air-tel mobile, [protected] for Rs:454/- on 24th Feb[protected].

          But all I received was a message that my account has been recharged for Rs.1/- .I had emailed them a couple of times regarding this and am yet to even receive an acknowledgment for my emails.

          I have used their services multiple times in the past, but would never recommend it now after this experience. I want to ensure that they atleast acknowledge this issue and do something about it!

              Today I recharged my mobile [protected] with Rs 100 (Rs 10 more for delivery of the coupons) through www.freecharge.in. Amount had been deducted from my bank account for the said transaction but my mobile was not recharged for Rs 100. Neither i had recieved the confirmation message of successful recharge on my mobile, nor any amount has been credited into my mobile as a recharge amount.

              My bank account shows a transaction if Vafour of "Avenues India Ltd"

              If there is a technical problem with the website and service provider then the delay is acceptable else I need my money get back asap.

              Please help me in getting my funds back

                Depending upon the turnaround time of your bank you will get the refund automatically into your account (ideally the banks take 3-7 working days to process the refund)

                Tata Sky — Not getting service and charging huge amount of money

                My Tata sky a/c([protected]).
                I have relocated to new place in maharastra,nagpur from bangalore.
                1.within 48 hours the dish is not setup,i have requested on 16th july'10 and to day is 20th july'10 still it is not done.
                2.as per TATA Sky relocation ploicy they will charge 350 rs ,if we carry the dish ,digicom,buster and the stand.
                I could not carry the FOOT Clip or FOOT clump of the stand ,and they are asking 1000/-- rs for it.which is unbelievable and unacceptable.
                That may be coast max 10 to 15 rs.
                I will not pay more that 400 rs ,i have informed them but they have not done till date.
                Every day i am makeing call and some times they are receiving and some times they are not receiving.
                I have all the SR # or request number. which are as below.

                I have written mails also but still this is not rectified.So finally i have to come to here.
                Please help or guide me how to get out from this problem.

                I reacharged for Rs 249 (for mobile[protected] and Rs10 for coupons and it was deducted my from my bank account, but the web page says transaction was declined by bank, but it was deducted from my HDFC bank. Reference no from my bank for this transaction is[protected]. Here are transaction details from my bank.

                Note: I observed that HDFC took lot of time to process this transaction, probably freecharge.in/CCAvenue got timedout from HDFC, but HDFC kept on processing and they succeded. Looks like this is more of website integration issue and anyone o[censored]s could run into this issue. It is a shame that these websites can't test these simple scenarios that involve financial details. These kind of things keep even professionals to stay away from such websites.

                Similar situation here...
                343 ruppees was deducted from my credit card ..
                i did not receive any order number ..and now the freecharge s/w system is not allowing me to lodge a comlaint without an order id !!!

                I called up my bank, and got the 'approval code' that will be sent to both the merchant and the bank whenever a transaction is happened. According to the bank support people, i entered this code in the Order no. text field, but still the system is not accepting my complaint request !!!

                This is bizarre ... No contact number is provided on freecharge.in website to call up somebopdy from their side and raise this concern. I am forced to think that this is a fraud, especially after i saw many people complaining about similar issue.

                I was recharging my sister's number today. Don't know what happened at the back-end, recharge didn't happen but my account got charged of Rs. 210/-

                I contacted the customer care person but they were asking for order number. After I gave my banking details and verified by visa password, the status just said "Done". It didn't come back to FreeRecharge site where I can get the order number.

                Now, they are saying they have no details and I don't know what to do. If they can't support people then why doing this business?

                    I do all my recharges using freecharge.in. I did have issues sometimes due to some server problems.. but i have always received the refund in such cases!
                    I have been using the website for all my recharges and i have never ever faced a problem. In fact every time i get the coupons within 3-4 days. Did a recharge 5 mins back and got the amount instantly.

                    The company is offering, as displayed on its website, voucher coupons for amount of recharge done on prepaid mobile services.

                    Seeing that had recharged my prepaid from it, but it is almost 4 weeks and company hasn't send the gift voucher, which it claims on website.

                    Hence be aware of this dupping company giving false promises.

                    Have sent them several reminder emails, as they do not have any phone no. Contact on their website.

                    Have a invoice given by them, let me know further as what should be done ?

                    The service is highly dis-satisfactory. I have been recharging my mobile through this website. Though the recharge is successfully done, I have not received any coupons till date.                     I came to know about this site three months back. ( April 2011 ). Till date my experience with freecharge is fabulous. I have never experienced delay or failed transaction. Also i am receiving the coupons on time. If you have at least one failed transaction do contact the customer care, sort it out and then go for further recharges. Do not attempt to do multiple recharges if one fails.

                    I made a mobile recharge on www.freecharge.in for Rs 350 with order ID-3032453 on 11 June 2011. I was promised free coupons for the same amount within 7 days. However, I have not yet received any free coupons that were promised.

                    I also registered on their portal for the same. The complaint id is 24712. I have not received any response for this complaint either. I also updated the comments on the complaint, but still no response from their end.

                    Look I understood your concern about money you got after recharging amount.Please check with the network provider wether they have activated some plan like data plan etc for you, freecharge.in has no link related to this.The same thing would have happened if you have used other website also, their is problem with your network provider.Please findout plans and their details before you recharge with your network provider Freecharge.in actions are exposed and very transparent to their customers.I made use of the website thrice and i nevered face any problem with the site, network provider, Hacking of my bank account for using this site, courier service provider and the merchandise who accepts the token etc.please try to understand how to follow up the things and check wether everything is correct from our side before writing reviews on some thing.i totally dis agree with you

                    Regarding Coupons sometime they will send(means starting they will send afterwards i didnt coupons for all recharge, if we change the deliver address u will definitely get coupon each time).

                    Regarding Recharge amount all are successful. useful website. one time transaction failed after deducting money from my acccount.. next day only that is credited back to my account..

See a bunch of peoples have started the business model that's why they are short of man-power and therefore they don't have a customer care number. But they do solve out you problem. I also haven't received my coupons the first time i recharged but with regular follow-ups they have delivered it and they have replied to me every time i proceeded with my complaint further.                     I recharge and get coupons but the coupons are not being accepted by stores. I tried the McDonald coupon at Andheri and they said that they do not accept these. Then what for are these coupons if you can not use them.

                    I have recharged for Rs. 222 from freecharge.in on Nov 13, 2011. But I didn't receive balance and the recharge was unsuccessful (but the amount was dedcuted from my bank account) and even I have received an email from freecharge.in stating that my transaction is unsuccessful and the amount will be refunded to my account within 3 to 7 working days. But I didn't receive the refund till now. I have contacted the bank and they said that in their enquiry there were told from the merchant (freecharge.in) that it is a vaild transanction. I have been contacting freecharge.in customer support many times but they were keeping on saying that the refund instructions have been given on 23rd November 2011 and you will receive the refund within 7 days. But I haven't received the amount till now. I do purchase many times through online websites and if in case amount is deducted accidentally it will be refunded within 3 days. Freecharge.in is the worst website I have seen and the customer support is very lazy and I would never suggest this website for anyone.

                    i recharge my no.[protected]. but i received only 100 rs coupon in the Currier . i recharge with 300. its showing in that 600 rs coupon has to be delivered but i received only 100 rs coupon. this is second time that i received less coupon. please do The need full. and look into the matter. This also hampering your company prestige. Might be your Currier carrier company opening the letter before they deliver.

                    While I got a instant recharge on my mobile, the printed vouchers/coupons never reached. I have been in contact freecharge.in over there web page but never got a reply that helps to resolve the issue. They say they will get back in 24 hours and never get a reply even after 4 days!!

                    I also spoke to the courier over phone[protected], http://www.ibexpress.in/). These guys ask for the order number instead of AWB (or tracking) number. Order No. is between us and freecharge.in but AWB no. is the one used to track the courier. This tells me that ibexpress and freecharge.in are one company or somehow linked. So when ibexpress webpage says it's delivered, its never delivered and the ibexpress webpage is simple updated with some fake name. There seems to be a big fraud going on here.

                        On Feb-01-2011 around 00:00 hours I tried to charge up my mobile twice but they failed. Now the starange thing is I've got the refund for the later one (Invoice No. : 693889) & for the Invoice No. : 693757, they are saying, bank may take some days! For both the transactions, I used SBI netbanking, so the question is as they have alredy refunded the money for the second transaction, why are they taking so much of time for the first one?
                        Avoid freecharge.in, they are giving these coupons to attract customers, their service is real bad. They never recieve calls at : Help line no #[protected]Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
                        Hope they know today, Feb 04 is not Sunday!

                          On 10th Jan i recharged my mobile through order no 525635 for rs 350 and was supposed to get coupons worth the same amount through post. Though i have received the previous coupons within 3- 4 days of recharge it has been 15 days since i recharged and the coupons have not reached me. Their is no update on their website regarding the delivery of the coupons and when wrote an email to them regarding the same and only reply i got was that the coupons have been sent and will be received by you shortly. neither are they proving a tracking number as they usually do. I feel dejected and disappointed. Please guide me for further action.

                          I made a Recharge from freecharge.in on May-9-2012 for Rs.220/- order ID 14479260, for that they are providing Rs.500/- worth coupons. But till now I didn;t received any coupons. For the I filed complaint at freecahrge.in complaint No: #150402. They provided me shipment tracking number and contact number of Courier which they sent the coupons I called the courie people but they are not supportive.

                          By providing the shipment tracking number and contact numbers of courier guys, freecharge.in people thinks that the issue has been solved. This is their ( freecharge.in people) duty to track that why didn't I received the coupons , dig into the issue and solve the issue.

                              Always keep them in focus that they should be awared and will not cheat customers.I got my money back all the time but it took one-two working days.I think they do something with the debited money.Think if they debit 1lack per day and use it for 7-10days, they surely get some returns.

                                This free charge website is really fraud..please be aware..i have used this website for recharging my idea number. At first they ask to register..i registered on their website with my details and proceeded towards recharge of amount Rs 222/- on 19th Oct. The transaction was successful and the amount was withdrawn from my hdfc net safe creditcard of 222/- .

                                I signed out from there and checked my email ..i was suprised that there was no confirmation from the recharge website..i tried to log in to my account on the recharge site , then the login id and password was not getting accept..from contact info i emailed the free charge customer care..they told that the transaction maybe failed and they will refund the amount in 24 hrs which would be reflected in my bank account in 3-7 working days..Regarding this i have contacted them 4-5 times but they are giving same response..theres no hope in getting refund..but i wanted to make people aware of such fraud websites..

                                thanks to hdfc netsafe card facility which helped me create a virtual card of 222/- without revealing my card details

                                Hi Naveen, I can empathize with you brother. MobiKwik is becoming quite unpopular recently; many people are complaining about their service. Money getting debited from account but not getting reflected in their account. I think everyone o[censored]s should use social media for more awareness.

                                Like you said the best solution is to switch to a different mobile service/app. I have used PayTM, FreeCharge, and I am currently using Bill Bachao. Out of these, so far, I haven't had to face any issue with the Bill Bachao app. In fact I am starting to like this app and its features more with every passing day. No kidding. What impressed me the most is the chance to track my balance expenses. I was able to figure out which numbers I was calling the most on a monthly basis. Not just this, I was able to monitor my internet usage and see which apps on my phone were using the maximum amount of data. There is a Self-Help section in the app, from where I was able to request activation of DND. I was also able to request deactivation of various value added services.                                   After that no response from Freecharge

                                  What rubbish thing doing by your sale, Mkt and coupan distribution person. They never take any feedback from us for what happeing with customer and vendor. Mony is transfer in your account for two year subcripation but they have alloted only coupan for one year.After one year what they have do ? do have they follow up with your sales/mkt people but nothing will be used. They answer to me and my customer " We dont know or wait for sometime we will get back to you." This has happened last two year.I am very afraid I am distributor of HT news paper.

                                    this company www.freecharge.in is a big fraud. as this company charges 10 Rs. extra when you recharge your mobile number from this website . And claim that they will send you discount coupons of various companies at your address. once you recharge and they get the money they does not send any coupons ..

[protected] from this site on 20/9/10 and i waited for my 2 Mcd discount coupons for 4-5 day and when it doesn't arrived i have send various email to the www.freecharge.in at there email address [protected]@freecharge.in every time they send me a mail that i will get those coupons in some days but till today on 10/10/10 i have not recived those discount coupons for which i have paid 10 Rs. extra . Although 10 Rs. is not a big amount but doing fraud and making fake promises with the consumer is socially a crime. And this thing is really a complain able issue.........

                                    I have not faced the delay in coupon because they didn't recharge my mobile even. They deducted Rs 222 from my account and didn't recharge my mobile. When i complained they assured to return money within 2-3 days and now 15 days have passed and they have not taken any interest in returning money. I very strongly feels that there is a big fraud involved with this website which will open sooner or later.
                                    Also, consider the information they ask at the time of registeration. That suggests that they may use your confidential information in future. Please beware..

                                    I had the same problem, then I contacted them and they found a bug. the problem was that the site changed the CITY to MUMBAI in the address even if I gave some other address.

                                    This is totally wrong, i've been recharging through this site for so many months&every time i order for coupons they get delivered at my doorstep without fail!! Since you've had issues it may be due to some other reason like courier delivery system might have failed or something like that, but this company has been delivering me the service it promises !!

                                    FYI.. you can track the status also in free charge.in like wether the coupoun was delivered or not delivered or in which status it is.They even provide you with the tracking sheet number (Number to track your courier in the courier company web site)and the link to check the status of you courier.you can check the status of your courier using that tracking number by calling the customer care of courier company or in their website.everything is provided in front of you easily in hand only thing is u need to follow up with courier services company as we usual do for getting our couriers.Freecharge.in actions are exposed and very transparent to their customers.I made use of the website thrice and i nevered face any problem with the site, network provider, Hacking of my bank account for using this site, courier service provider and the merchandise who accepts the token.I am unable to belive your experience.please try to understand how to follow up the things and check wether everything is correct from our side before writing reviews on some thing.

                                    plz stop spamming Mr. Rastogi, there is no such issue, i have started using freechage quite recently and its one of the best service providers...u get ur mobile recharged fastest...through this website...and u do get the coupons...u wud have made mistakes entering u details...as is very visible frm ur crooked english..and i am just another satisfied user of their services.
                                    I did a recharge of Rs 200 from freechrge.in and paid Rs. 10 extra for the coupons. but till now i have not received the coupons or the recharge. I did not even receive an order id although the money was deducted well from my account.

                                      i made a online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.
