I recharged my airtel account on 11.01.2011 but it was happened so according to the policies you have to refund that amount, i have got the mail from you as below but the amount is not refunded yet, please send me a confirmation when you will be returning that amount.

Hi FreeCharge Team,
This is totally unacceptable that you are not refunding the amount that you are supposed to be refund. Its more that 20 days over when i placed my order and no refund has been done.
I am going to post these all mail chain in the forums to show how bad you are in customer care.
Also if I will not get my amount refund back today then I will surely go to consumer forum and camplain about it.
