Would like to bring to your notice that Iam old employee of Accenture Services Pvt Ltd

My Providenf Fund Ref # MH/BAN/45665/35965

Attaching proof of provident fund referenc number.

I actually received my provident fund amount in two cheques details below

174622 7707.00

Both the cheques are dated 22nd Dec08, drawn in the name of "G.Ameer Jhan S.B Acct No.[protected]" (My ICICI Chennai Main Branch Account which is closed)

Since my account was closed before these cheques could get realised, cheque's were sent by the banker to my residential address.

So, requesting you to kindly arrange the refund of the same, at the earliest.
