[Resolved]  Accenture Services India Pvt. Ltd. — Rejoining complaint

Hi My name is Lawrence Gomez with emp id : 10418729.
This is to inform you that I left Accenture on 31st October 2009. I then wanted to rejoin accenture in May 2010. On the 5th of May I went to Accenture Vikhroli in Mumbai for an interview but they told me that they will call me back after performing an HR clearence check, They did take an interview.The HR then asked me to send a copy of Relieving letter on 19th May, but even after sending that I haven't heard anything from them. Now today is 16th of June 2010 but I haven't heard anything from them, despite sending them quite a few emails and even calling them. Now the HR Anushree Kshatriya does not even pick up the phone. As a result of this I have been unemployed for the past 45 days and is affecting my career.
I only want to know whether I can Rejoin Accenture or should I start searching for other jobs.
I never expected this from a company like Accenture which has such a good brand name.

Its better you keep options wide open. How could you just rely on one job when there is such a competitive environment. What can the forum do if the company is not interested in re hiring you. Have a fresh approach and start looking for new avenues. You cannot blame the HR.May be they have specific reason which they would not like to disclose with you.

Really a positive note. But, it will not apply to all. I am now serving in the notice period. As per accenture, there is a buy out option for third month. Now i am in bench. Still they didnt agree to buy the last month. No reasons at all. I requested them because my mum left to home town for a treatment and my kids are alone at home. I want to be at home. Really a uncultured Accenture management.
