Acer — SERVICING OF THE ACER LAPTOP | |||
I HAVE BOUGHT ACER LAPTOP ON 24th MAY 2009, FROM BIG BAZAAR SEALDAH . AFTER 10months, A PROBLEM OCCURRED IN THE HARDWARE OF THE LAPTOP. BUT , I COULD NOT GET ANY IMFORMATION ABOUT SERVICING OF THE LAPTOP FROM THE FROM THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE CUSTOMER CAR (PHONE NUMBER , WHICH WAS NOT REACHABLE AND NOT RESPONDING). I CAN NOT AWARE OF THE ADDRES OF THE SERVICE CENTER . AS A CUSTOMER OF THE LAPTOP I AM FADE UP AND HARAASSED WITH THE SERVICE OF THE LAPTOP ( IT IS NOW IN WARRANTY PERIOD ) PLEASE , GIVE ME A SOLUTION OF THIS GENUINE PROBIEM .
