[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Poor Service from Beam Cable

hi,

This is to inform to all the customers that beam cable is maintaining the very poor services in the Hyderabad city. i have a disconnection from past 20days. i have given number of complaints and visited the beam cable office personally and given the compliant. but still they have not taken any step to solve the issue. so i am requesting all the customer to check if you are going new connection with beam cable in Hyderabad.

yes i agree with the RATNAM. because as i know the beam cable is not going well in this days. there is very poor services from them. this is a very good information for all the customers to realize.

I am afraid to day that service of beam cable is not bad, it is very very badin Hyderabad. I have paid the amount for 1 year and for the last 20 days they still have not provided the connection. INow that i have paid the money, can any one suggest how to get back the mony from them.
In any case Hyderabad people have a bad tendency not to keep there words and they are worst as far as timings are concerned. They will tell you that i am coming 1 next 1 hour but they will come next day or they may not come and the worst part is they do not even inform.
In cose case i found them cheat as Mr .Raju has proved.
Dissapointed and defeated.

i am also given complaints about inproper supplying of internet they will give only one hour per a day and i given so many complaints but no response they will tell that your computer is full of virus or server is damaged or wire is cut had some where
The most reckless or worst internet connection you can ever expect is from Beam Cables which i have realised offlate after being a customer for 1.5 years. More that the internet connection, it is the ruthless call center that handles the calls. It has been more than 7 days without an internet connection at my place and multiple calls to the call center has still left no ray of hopw for me.
There is no mnager you can ever talk to. There is no person who informs a technician as of what the problem is al about. There is hardly anbody interested in attening a call.
When you have an issue with the network cable unplugged, they promise you a new login id and password. After about 10minutes of conversation with the call cente fellow, he realises that you actually have an account and takes a life tim to pull up the records.
With such blady service and reputation is a cheap organisation like this, I would definitely recomment this ISP being shut down in this very province of Hyderabad.
If there is anbody who is reading this blog to check for a new internet connection with such a pathetic service center, I really pity you.
If you still dont believe me, make a call to the call center which would be attended by one of the most careless representative may be Farhana, Ramesh, Pankaj, Preethi or some tom, dick and harry, who would never resolve your issue.
yes i agree beam cables service is very poor in the month of jan 2010 upto 1 week my connection was terminated when i have complained to them they are saying the line is problem

BEAM CABLES — Cheats about the payments

i have beam account with account no-46183 and i have been paying my beam cable amount on regular basis but for the last 2 months they are treating me as a fool and asking me to pay for the previous month which i have paid but according to them its not paid.
and for last 1month its been disconnected and still it says that i have to pay Rs.1200.
i have made several complaints but no one contacts.
i request beam cables to look into the matter and help me out of this issue.

Very poor service provider. Complaints are just registered but no action. poor customer care.Unilateral cut of services without proper reasoning
Beam Cable is really worst service. I am also beam customer My account no 164378. Am Paid 1200/- for 3 months, After 45 days they are disconnected service without intimation . The Customer care executive said resolve your problem with in 24 hours, but the problem is not rectified from one week.
wrost staff, wrost call centre service, they talk like , they dont even take your complaints, they will try to convince u that the prob is with ur computer nt with thier service, got recruted in their call centre, and wandering staff, they dont even know how to talk with customers,
one day a boy came to us (staff of beam), he told us to fill an application for connection renewal, which was normally not reqiured as i paid and applied for 1 year.i told him we have already filled the form 2months ago, and paid the full amount, bt he was nt at all listening to us, at last i agreed to fill his form again, then again he came with new idiotic argument, {our connection was on my brothers name ( id proof )who is now in abroad, }.he wants the same id proof which we have already provided them 2months back, itold him its nt possible right now as my bro abroad, as it will take some time to get all the same documents, BUT
HE WANTS MY BROTHER TO COME BACK TO INDIA TO PROVIDE THE SAME CORRECT ID PROOF TO THAT ILLITERATE , OTHERWISE HE WILL DISCONECT THE CABLE . I GOT VERY ANGRY ON HIM, I AKSED ABOUT HIS AGE AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, I WAS SHOCKED WITH HIS ANWSER, HE WAS NT EVEN PASSED 10TH CLASS, NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR TELUGU[AS HE WAS A MUSLIM AGE 19Y],
then i told him clearly that i have provided all the information at the time of connection, its their duty to keep those id, photos, and other documents, am nt going to give any kind of docs any more,
then he started another storythat there is anothrerway for it, he wants me to write a request letter for changing a id/adress to the beam then only the will nt disconect,
i was fedup with his threatening.what the hell was wrong with these people, i paid what they want, we have given all the docs, even after that he was threatening to disconnect, and he was shouting at me''kya boss apko likhna nai aata tho bolna, kya kirkiri karthe ho, dena hai to devo, nai tho tumhari marji, jaane do bolle tho bahut natak karre, bulao aap ko bhai ko india ku, usko tho likna aata na, kaayku paareshan karre mereku,
i shouted at him like anything to get out of my house, then i called coustemercare hich was always busy, after some time some one took my call, , , i told evrything that happened with me, about that arrogent boy,
u ill get surprised with his answer''sorry for inconvenience, we have changed our company name from BEAM CABLES to BEAM FIBRES, SO EVERY ONE HAS TO PROVIDE ALL THE DOCS AGAIN, sir we cant help u out, with out same documents or u need to file a request form for new id proof for the same connection,
SEE HOW CUSTOMER FRIENDLY THEY ARE AND THEIR RULES, AND THEIR STAFF
THEY DIDNT EVEN TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE ARROGENT BOY
AT LAST I LOST THE BATTLE WITH THESE UN COMPARABLE [censored]S, AS THEY DISCONNECTED ITH IN 12 HR OF THESE INCIDENT,
I WENT TO THEIR OFFICE SUBMITTED EVERY THING NEEDED, AFTER 2DAYS IGOT MY CONNECTION BACK
IT ALL HAPENED 9 months back, i enquierd abt other connecctions in hyd none of them r having agood service.AT LAST i CAME TO know hyderabadME HAR KAAM AISA HI HOTA HAI, EVERY ONE GOT ADDICTED TO THEIR HOSPETALITY.

Beam Cable
The word defines a lot but the company are only to say just "SORRY" to each and every customer.
The marketing executives will explain a lot and will take the deposit amount showing all the offers saying free installation charges. Its been 2 months I paid for a new connection, but these guys won't even respond till now. When I call the customer care, they will simply say that " your complaint has been submitted and our executive will get back to you soon" But none responds. Its waste of taking this connection, I strongly recommend not to get excited to take this connection.

I get a sms that the issue is resolved. Its been 1.5 weeks that my internet is not working. Their customer care service and their technician are nothing but full of . Fed up of their service, i have to unsubscribe.

We should wait for multiple 24 hours to resolve the issue and money to be paid for all nonscence like no service and a long waiting call centere complaint.
Can anyone suggest me on raising legal complaint on beam cable
