My name is in company mr mihir vinodbhai jadhav. But my all document name has 'jadhav mihir vinodrao' it's my name as my document. I want to withdraw my pf but issue in father's name as "vinodbhai"in my company. I want to change name as my documen as "vinodrao" but they not helpful for me they ask me change name in my document but it's not possible to change all document so please ask me what can i do. Overtime not paid

I had worked for Minacs Farmington Hills Michigan with the consumers Energy campaign for 4 years. In the beginning I loved working on the campaign. Management had changed several times in 3 year's. After the last management changed and replace with inexperienced individuals. We began to experience back to back systems issues, which had everyone logged off as NO CALL NO SHOWS or Unauthorized log off due to the system issues. We then began the feel that we were discriminated again as we were considered VETERANS with the campaign. We were constantly denied promotions. We were also told that no overtime would be available, I DEFINITELY. However, overtime was offered as voluntary. After working overtime for 6 WEEKS, my paycheck reflects 73 hours worked. Less than my regular basis 40 hours let alone NO OVER Time. We the explanation that my time manually deducted.

My Name is Abhijeet Yadav. My employee id is 252962.I had joined Aditya Birla Minacs on 21st December,2010.When joined my CTC was 145000. But PF deduction was only Rs.272. Due to some reason I have to go to my village in the month of November 2012 and when I had came back in December 2012 then the company has terminated me and has not given my November month salary also, instead I have informed of leave before only.
So I request you to take some strict action against the company so that I can get my salary also as well as my relieving (experience) letter.

My name is Abhijeet Yadav. My employee id:252962. I had joined Aditya Birla Minacs on 21st December 2010. My CTC when joined was 145000. But PF deduction was only Rs.272. Company used to show Rs.5000 in Personal Pay so that company don't have to contribute more from it's end. I should have got the increment in January 2011, but I got in July 2012. I didn't get 1 year increment.
In the month of October 2012, I applied for a leave of 25 days to go to my native place.Instead of having a leave balance of 30 days, leave was not granted leave.
But as it was urgent, so I left for native place. In order to Terminate any employee company should send 2 warning letters first and later Termination. But I received 1st warning ,2nd Termination and then again Warning. when contacted immediately the next day after receiving the 2nd Warning, Company said they already closed my case and did not provide me my pending salary.The last salary I got was for the month of October and I had worked till 2nd November.

Not issuing experience certificate

Hello Everyone,
I worked with an employer for 2.4 Years. Unfortunately, due to my health problems i had to admit in the hospital for 1 months time, and after that i submitted my medical certificates and also doctors prescripttion everything to my TL and i asked him for one more week leave as i had to take bed rest. They said, its ok and told me to report to work after 1 week.
I did go to office after 1 week and now they say, that they have referred me back to HR. In this period, my TL left the company and also my manager left the company as the process which i was working was about to shut down.
I went to HR and they said that they have marked me absconding. I told them that i have already submitted the medical documents to my TL, they told me to get it. I Spoke to my TL and he said that he has kept my medical documents in Cupboard. Another TL of my process searched for it, but he said he didn't get it.
I told the same thing to my HR but they are not believing me, and also i told them that i can make my TL to speak to them, they say that my TL has already left the organization and there is no point TL speaking to them, they need the documents. Unfortunately, the documents provided to my TL were original.
I spoke to my HR, Process Manager, and also HR Manager. in this regards but they are of no help.
I also told them i am ready to pay my notice period amount, they say that they have already sent the termination letter and they cannot give me relieving.
I am just asking them to give my experience certificate not the relieving letter; but they are not at all giving me, i need atleast my experience certificate as it was 2.4 Years of experience.

salary issue

I worked for aditya birla minacs for almost 1 n half months as i got referred back from the cricket process they told me to meet someone from millenium tower office to see is there any other process i can apply to.
as i was late to meet the person over there by 12 days n he told nothing about that that i m late and wont get paid even after working for so many days. Why the recruitment authority didnt informed about it when they had all our phone numbers and detail? now my Hr is saying that i wont be getting my salary as i didnt resigned on time. i need to ask that y they didnt informed us before itself about this policy? y they didnt called us and informed about it? company says that we value your time and money then why all these things are happening now. I joined this company and have always trusted it but now i really have a bad impression about it and i admit that due to my poor skills i got referred back but what about the company? are they not responsible for it? why they have landlines in their office if they cant even call to thier employees and inform about this important matter. It really shows that there's no value of our money and time, so what do v do now? do you have any answer for that? m not concerned mush about the money which i didnt get even after workind but the matter is that that it shouldnt get repeated again as every fresher joins the company with full faith on them but when it gets broken it is a failure for that company, and i am very sad that i was a part of this company. this shoulnt happen to others i request for it.........

1. the company pays hr commission for recruiting therefore they recruit anyone who knows bit of english
2.the hr will get paid commission from consulting company.
3.they wait for candidates single mistake
4.refer them back to hr and force them to resign thereby creating new vacancy in the process.
5.start of cycle .total planning.
6.here both consultancy and hr are benefiteed
what about the candidate and his family .they promise of high job security which is a biggest bluff.transportation is horrible too.
out of 16 people recruited 16 resigned within a month. please dont do such game for your own benefit on poor and middle class families who come with so much hopes with greated reputed Aditya Birla Group to secure their and family future.

Hi,
This is Anthony and my employ ID is 19926.
Subject: Highly dissatisfied.
The problem is that I was finding difficult to adjust with the shift timings. To be specific, the shift timing kept on changing sometimes 9:30, sometimes 6:30 or even 7:30 and I have to work for 6 days in a week due to which my other commitments were held or delayed. All I did is that I asked the Ops Manager Joel that if they could something about it. He explained about the strategy of the business as how it works. I enquired if I can move to some other Campaign which can satisfy me. He said that if there is any openings they will let me know. I said fine, then I will continue my job in Travel Insurance till then. He denied saying that I can't do so, I don't know why he said so and he made me meet me with Bippin about this. Bippin said that without checking once performance, they will not be able to do so and even they were no openings. Also he mentioned that I have signed for the shift timings accordingly, when enquired he denied saying they he had kept some where.
I mean everything is blind. FINALLY I WAS SACKED AND WAS FORCED TO WRITE THE RESIGNATION LETTER BY THE TEAM, THAT IS ESPECIALLY JAYASHREE AND JOEL. THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL.
All my intension was to know if they could do something about this or else I am still willing to work.
My questions:
1) Is it wrong to ask such questions when we find difficulty?
2) Does this mean that I need to be executed out of the Company where I am still willing to work?
3) Is this how the management trained to execute employees when they ask for something?
4) What's the genuine reason, what wrong I have done?
5) Tell me in what way this makes sense and reasonable?
6) I want justice.
7) What made him to do so?
8) I need answers and solution for this simple problem
9) I request you to send the email address of General Manager, Vice President, CEO, so that I can forward this issue to them if I can't find the solution for this problem from your end or else you can send on your behalf and notify me.

You are absolutely right. I have submitted the PF form on April, 2009. Till now I have not got PF. I have contacted the concerned person for 50 times almost and its waste of my mobile balance. They are not giving proper reply. Company is not taking care of this issue properly. They have taken the PF amount from the salary properly.. Please do somethingggggg..
