[Resolved]  Agarwal Packers And Movers — No customer service and bad behaviour

Agarwal packers and movers are professional just for name, they are the most unprofessional set of packers i have met. They have no means of consignment tracking, once you have sent your goods its all in the hands of the driver, to the extent the packers dn't even keep the driver's numbers. They keep blaming the customer for any issue and if a certain Mahendar Agarwal happens to be your agent for Agarwal Packers and Movers, be sure not to go ahead with it.This guy not only uses fowl language but is a complete cheat and mentally harasses the customer. The company only promises unloading and unpacking , their workers in Chennai where I got the goods to, only want money and do no work. They hardly unpacked any thing , could not remantle a single furniture piece and even after we gave Rs 50 per person for tip they asked for more.They are only professional in terms of charging, service is unreliable and people employed are third grade. This company should not be allowed to function.
