Agarwal Packers And Movers (Drs) — home material not reached after 15 day

I have dispatched my home material include (Fridge , washing machine , bike and other household) on 15 September 2012 . but still I did not get
delivery of materials.it has been told that it will reach in 3 days but still i am waiting for it.I called it up many times but every time wrong information was given to me .I would like my material in 2 day and give me extra of 20k rupees . I have suffered a lot and my family is still without any home needs.
