[Resolved]  Agarwal Packers & Movers — item not received even after 16 days of booking

i had booked my Wagon-r with agrawal packers and movers gwalior for transport it to bangalore at the time of quoting and booking they assured me that they will deliver it within 10 days. after lapse of delivery period i asked over phone to its delhi office gwalior office and bangalore office about location and delivery date of my vehicle but nobody gave me right answer they all were trying to fool me.
one person told me it is in INDORE, second told me that it is crossing mumbai , third person informed me that i will recieve it in evening but so many evening passed but my waitng period for consignment still going on. yesterday which was 11nov i again called them and one MR sanjeev khare told me that it is still lying in DELHI, same time mr balveer told me that it has crossed INDORE. I dont know who is correct and whether i will recieve my vehicle in good condition or not.
I have realy got frustreted by these people i m not alone but numbers of other too suffering from there service believe me see there review in mouthshut.com
