[Resolved]  Agarwal Packers & Movers (Drs Group) — Material damage while transit

I have shifted my house holds from surat hazira to raigarh in chhattisgarh in may / june 2008 during the transit my house holds worth 60000 / - were damaged beyond the repair i, made seral calls to the party bur they are not listening after this i made compalint against the party in consumer cour there aslo they are not responding
I kindly request you how to get the reimbursement for the damaged items as i have already paid them insurance amount also
