I engaged the party for shifting my household items from Mumbai to Bangalore by paying hefty amount of Rs.34,000.[GC NO.657445 of 07.05.2011]The goods were delievered on 08.07.20011.It twas found that one Computer table which was insured for R. 5,000 was broken into two pieces ,which was reported to one Mr. Nagesh [[protected]] on the same day.Next day carpenter was sent to gauge the damage and reported that it was beyond report.This was conveyed to Nagesh who asked me to send a mail for getting insured amount .The mail was sent and got the reply that DD would be sent next week.This was followed by repeated calls,but to no avail.It is unfortunate the company who boasts of the best as packers and movers ,have yet to compensate me ,though the item was insured.I sent mails to their different offices ,but none of them have shown the courtesy even to acknowledge,forget about sending the amount.
