[Resolved]  AIM Limouzines — Fraud

I am an investor with AIM Limouzines (they have changed their name to AIM Motors subsequently) and they have defaulted on their payments in December. They have been giving false assurances all through Dec that the monthly payment will be credited to my account in a few days and now they are saying that the credit will happen only around Jan 20 along with the Jan payment.

I do not know what will happen to my money and am very worried. Their office in Hyd is also closed since the past 2 months. Please advise on what action I can take and whether lodging any complaint with any appropriate authority will yield any results?

I am also a victim of the fraud of AIM Limouzines, having paid Rs.1.70.lakhs, out of my money.I am deciding to convene a meeting of the victims of the fraud for further course of action.

Those of you are serious may pl. contact me by mail and chalk out a program of recovery.

I have invested in the month of Aug 2009, i have only received bounced cheque of my bank. There is no response from my goa branch. I really dont know what is hapening let me know from your side the progress of victims like us.

I have Invested 85000/- rupees on 1 sept 2009 in this company. They have promised me to pay 6055/- rupees per month. After paying the amount for 3 months company has stopped the payment . When i try to contact them, nobody respond to call and many of the phone are either switched off or out of service.
Investors please let me know if any progress has happen in this regards or anybody still in touch with company.

I had invested in AIM recently and from 3rd installment, they are asking me NOT TO DEPOSIT the CHEQUE and collect the money personally. When I ask why, a standard reply: A TAX AUDIT is going on in all their branches accross India. am also a victim of AIM LIMOUZINE. Kindly let me know if you have any latest updates regarding this FRAUD COMPANY.Is there any hope to get what I have invested. as this is hard earned money

invested 1, 60, 000 in aim limouzines. At first they used to pay by cash for 3months, after that they told me i can deposit the cheques! After depositing the cheques they were bounced! then i contacted to the office in Panaji(GOA) and I was told that the office in Thane will pay the money, but later it was learned that all the AIM LIMOUZINES OFFICE ARE CLOSED DOWN. AND THE OFFICE IN PANAJI IS ALSO CLOSED DOWN.. NOW HOW DO I GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

Also I have invested in this Froud company & now I started to feel that I better forget my money the amount of Rs.1, 35, 000 from which hardly I must have received Rs.40, 000/- . No one is coming in forward to help me. Pls I too seek help from someone, so if in case there is the way to get my money back than do let me know. All of them who has been cheated, we have to unite together & do something.
