[Resolved] Air Deccan — Refund Amout is not delivered even after 30 days when i m suppose to get back within 14 days | |
I have booked tickets thru Air deccan for A'bad to Bangalore. I have cancelled the tickers onm 27th June08 and today is 18th working day and whenever i call customer services rep or bangalore head office for refunds, i do not get any status. They just give name of 1 or other person and i have spend almost 2 working days and hell lot of money in making STD calls. I am looking forward to any support on the same. Air Deccan — No Refund even after two months
An airdeccan ticket was booked on July 30th and cancelled. The refund(Ref No.184743) amount of that ticked is not yet received even after two months. I have been continously talking to air deccan executives but no one is giving me correct respose on it.
