[Resolved]  Air Deccan — No Refunds

I have booked my tickets in month of June to travel from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. Ticket was booked directly thru Air Deccan and payment was by door delivery by Cash thru Express IT Services Rs. 3781 including Dlivery charges.

I happened to cancel my tickers on 27th june, 08 and i was promised for refunds within 14 working days. Today is 18th working day and i have spent almost 2 working days and doing follow-up with customer Rep ( number is [protected]) and happened to speak to many CSR by name Hema, Jiju etc.. Hema gave me number of Express IT people and I spoke to Praveen who says Air deccan has not credited amount in their account whenever they would credot, i would call you back. IT was taken so casually though i said that i m urgently in need of money as i m the only working person and i am counting onthis money and i have to take care of my family.

I have been given number of Eshwar @ bangalore office and i have been trying to reach him but no response.(number is[protected] no one there to pick the call.

I happend to speak to HR Dep.. "Arpita and Avila" who guided me to speak to Nisha who takes care of Sales and Refunds.

My PNR number is 7843713 and case # 174170
I need to my refund please help me out on the same.
