[Resolved]  Air France — defective service

My family and myself purchased from India 4 tickets from airfrance for travel from singapore to europe.

Airfrance on certain european sectors made us fly with their partner airlines Span Air and Air Europa. This was part and parcel of the 4 tickets from Singapore to Europe.

From Madrid to Barcelona Flight JK 0444 (Span Air)on 30th dec 2010 the flight was delayed by 2 hours and 45 minutes.No advance intimation was given,no alternate flight provided, no refreshments provided resulting in inconvenince and personal fatigue.

From Malaga to Paris flight AF 2931 on 8th Jan 2011( Air Europa) no vegetarian meal was provided for all 4 passengers, despite payingf for the same in the original ticket invoice from singapore to europe.

Claim for defective service lodged with Air France on 24th january 2011.Also lodged were boarding passes, flight itinerary issued by air france etc They responded on 6th april. Whilst acknowledging the defective service they have refused to compensate us. I am seeking compensation
