I flew from paris to punta cana on april 1st 2019. The airhostess was not serving us liquor. She was not wearing any uniform and her name badge not on her. I asked purser why she served liquor to others and not to me, then he served me and told she is in the habit of collecting whisky miniature bottles and taking back home. Missing Items in baggage, delay in baggage delivery.

I had my flight from Hamburg-Paris-Mumbai-Bangalore on 13th Sept. But due to flight delay from Hamburg to Paris I was not able to board next Jet Airways flight (Paris to Mumbai). Baggage Lost

I Flew Air France AMS-CDG-BLR on Jan 24, 2013. Flight was comfortable but when I landed in Bangalore I was told that my baggage has not arrived. They asked me to fill a form and wait. I waited for 1.5 Hrs and when the belt stopped, left the airport with an assurance they will contact me when my baggage arrives.

defective service

My family and myself purchased from India 4 tickets from airfrance for travel from singapore to europe.

Airfrance on certain european sectors made us fly with their partner airlines Span Air and Air Europa. This was part and parcel of the 4 tickets from Singapore to Europe.

Non delivery of goods
