Hi, i was returning from u.s. from Airfrance connected flight from Boston to Paris and Paris to Mumbai on 25th sep,2010. But i reached airport my one luggage was missing and on an enquiring the groud staff said it was delayed and give us your home address we will delivered it to you. They handed over me one receipt of declaration of delayed in baggage.
When i received the luggage the lock was broken and it was wrapped with a plastic and immediately opened the bag and realised that some of my items were missing from the baggage like brand new I-pod, watch and my laptop accessories. Then i immediately called up Air france and lodged my complaint with them. Then they started their enquiry after few day they agreed to pay but they are paying only for my watch worth 86$ and not for my i-pod which is worth 150$ and other things.
Hence i didnt agreed on their condition on paying for only one item and i'm still chasing with them and its over a week now i haven't received any response from them. Every time i need to call their executive and she is forwarding my request to their head office but no one comes back to me.
